EDIT: I was given support the next day, but it still was quite late. The server is working fine otherwise, it just is not something I can recommend if it's something you'll need within an hour.

Paid for a rust server, support said tickets are responded to within 15 minutes. currently at 2 hours and 30 minutes with a rust server that is broken. Ignored on both support tickets and their discord. Do not recommend.

The reply to my ticket was very timely and helpful. They went above and beyond, addressing my submitted issue and ensuring my server would launch. Hunter Wright was friendly and gave me excellent service.

I had great service from Allan Harper he really went above and beyond in helping me solve my problem.

I cant explain how Grateful I am for the support I got from the Logic server team, Responses down to less then 15 min every time NO MATTER if its 1am or 9pm they are quick at responding. In my experience each time I hear back from them they are so helpful that my issue gets resolved so quickly. The staff go right to the issue and point it out or either fix it for myself. Onto the server now, The best performing host I have EVER used by far, Its affordable well maintained and great performance I recommend this Host to Everyone.

I don't go anywhere else for game hosting now. Always a great experience, if things go wrong it's usually my fault and their support staff have the patience of saints.

Very friendly, helpful, and effective. they go out of they way to resolve issues (that was caused by me) and i have nothing but good to say about these guys and their service 10/10!

I've been playing co-op games with friends for a couple of years and LogicServers has been the best so far. The prices are good and the service has been great. I've contacted support multiple times over what now seems like silly little things, and they've always been accommodating. They reply within hours (and one time, within minutes), and every advice they give is clear and effective. If I can't fix something, they actually helped me do it on their end. A great company.

I was having issues with my server, I submitted a ticket and shortly after receiving an initial reply and replying I was receiving quick replies and helpful direction in regards to solving my issue. Allan was a great help, very straightforward in what they had to say/ask.

Aside from my need for support, LogicServers has been working great so far as a service. I'm glad to have chosen this server host and I can see myself staying with LogicServers for quite some time.

The servers and services are always stable and when a issue does arrive they have a great support team who are always willing to help and fix issues really fast.

The support was amazing offered solutions and then even offered on how to do it. But even better still offered to do it them self's even after telling how to get the server fixed. Truly amazing for a busy owner like my self

Used Logicservers for a small "Sunkenland" server host.
+Easy ordering process
+extremely fast server setup, less than 5 minutes
+Client area + server frontend gui is easy and understandable
+Customer service is polite and both support and response time was top tier
+Game Server is running as it should!

-initial server setup had a known (from their side) bug for Sunkenland specifically. I would wish this had some focus, as I spent 1,5 hours trying to resolve the matter.

With the amount of plusses vs one minus. Its a 5 star rating, can recommend and will use again.

I've been using LogicServers for years now, and they've always been very helpful with mending any technical issues. I was looking to host a timecapsule server on Ark: Survival Evolved, which are very rare and thus, isn't normally an option. I reached out to see if it was a possibility, thinking it was a forlorn request. But to my surprise, I received a very quick response telling me the feature had been added to my control panel. Unfortunately, there was some issues at first. But within a couple hours, LogicServers support was able to fix the issue and got the timecapsule server running!
LogicServers has fantastic support and the servers themselves run perfectly.

The servers work as expected. Its not one click to install mods though(minecraft). I had to read a lot and spend 3 hours figuring it out. If there were better KBs I think this could be avoided

This company is a total scam. From day one of our service they made excuses as to why our server wasn't working. At first they said it was a config issue, then they said they had a small outage, then they said we would get a new server. 5 days go by and nothing.
