Very happy with the service I get and support is A+. Any problems and support sorts it in no time. mouseymars & Shodan in particular from the discord support sorted my issues in moments.

I'm a software developer who just wanted an efficient and cost-effective little 2-core VPS. Used to be fine using a cheap AWS or IBM Cloud instance, but these have gone up significantly in price, and also, they assault you with 1001 SaaS offerings (naturally, that's where their margins are highest), and finding a plain Ubuntu box is like finding a needle in a haystack! Not to mention dozens of instance types, many of which are confusing.

With LogicServers, I got exactly what I wanted, literally in seconds. Plain little dual-core virgin Ubuntu instance, with plenty of bandwidth for my needs, for 7 quid per month (plus VAT). This is going to be more than enough for the prototyping of my financial and crypto real-time data ingest application. Support was also great because when I asked if bandwidth can be expanded, even though I put in my ticket as "low" priority, I had an answer within 10 minutes from support, and supplementary very useful information from the LogicServer CEO himself, an hour later! That's personal service. (Answer, BTW, is that 10 terabytes of ingest/egress is a very reasonable additional 5 pounds a month, for a total of 12 terabytes - huge).

Also noted that the obligatory "sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade" on any new Ubuntu instance, saw apt literally flying up the screen, testament to the big outbound and inbound bandwidth these servers have.

I also note that I can upgrade my server, when needed, at the click of a button. Let's hope I'll need to as I'm very excited about my data project.

For someone who owns 3 companies customer service is paramont for me. This company has a reaction time to tickets, the understanding of issues, and the ability to relate information in an understandable way that I envy. Their customer service time and again has surpassed my expectations.
Allan Harper did went above and beyond.

I was Having some issues with my server and they helped as soon as i sent the ticket. Very Fast and Helpful.

Had some problems with modding a game in a server I was renting, sent a few questions to support and within half an hour I was already on my way to getting it fixed, very helpful and friendly staff, very good price as well! Would recommend this service to anyone needing a server!

I have to be honest, I have used this service in the past (2019) and have had some problems. Two days ago I bought another server from LogicServer to create a DayZ server, and I must say that I am fully satisfied with it. Staff always present, kind and helpful. Very affordable prices and very fast support in helping you. 100% recommended.
Edit:I asked the staff for help with two mods, they offered to install them, so I accepted. After 15 hours of waiting they finally finished, but then they did not set what was requested.

I originally signed up for LogicServers because they were the first to bring Satisfactory servers online when they became available. I have nothing but great things to say about them, their support is quick and helpful and extremely personable. They even allowed me to swap up game servers midway through my membership as I wanted to try another. Class Act, would strongly recommend.

Great server hosting company! I have been using Logic Servers since 2018 to host various games(Ark, 7 Days to Die, Dark and Light, Citadel, Valheim, Outpost Zero) Any time I need to switch game hosting, I put in a ticket and they usually will have the new server up and running within a hour or two. Customer service is good as well, they are prompt with any issues I have and see them to completion.

I have tried a few other hosting services and always come back to LogicServer, why? Easy, reliable, and can modify server settings with ease.

I run a Teamspeak and an Arma game server hosted by LogicServers. The server runs at a good FPS and to date I haven’t had any problems. The support has been fantastic. Any question I have had or requests for help have been dealt with promptly and effectively and that’s the most important thing when it comes to server hosting. Recommended.

I have used logic servers for almost a full year, I have been very satisfied with the service, any issues that I have had they have been very prompt to address. They have been a pleasure to work with.

i unable to change the map the same map keeps loading each time, if i did force the map to change i would get constant out of memory messages which made it unusable.

no refund offered (although i didn't ask)

I'm a completely new "server hoster" or whatever u call it and needed help, and still do all the time. I've written 7 tickets so far and have got great help at all of them! They are extremely quick to reply no matter if its 3 am or 1 pm.
both A.Harper and James Johnson have been a tremendous help to me and have helped me with countless problems!
all in all I would recommend LogicsServers to anyone that wants to host a server! easy to figure out and great support!

this is by far the best service i have ever seen. My server was set up in a matters of second.Tthey have super fast help and know what they are talking about. They are super help full and with there super easy way to add plugins and control your server with the tap of a button. would recommend this to every one I know.

I am new to the entire concept of servers and required a lot of assistance with setting up my Rust server, thankfully my helper A.Harper was always there, they responded very quickly, and supported me for many hours, while the software itself can be confusing, the customer service is up to the task. The customer service was infinitely better than any other company on the market, who often go through many different respondents and take hours to reply. Much thanks to A.Harper for their excellent assistance.

I was very selective when it came to the hosting service I used. I needed one with a good price, but also great service and administrative abilities over my server. This hosting site was definitely the right pick! After my first payment, the server was up and running in minutes, and we were already connected and playing flawlessly. I ran into an issue a couple months into the hosting, (Nothing game-breaking, just a minor issue) I sent them a ticket and was quoted 1-2 days for a reply. The tech support replied withing a couple hours, fixed the issue on the first message. I didnt need to go back and forth like most services, they understood the issue and fixed it just like that. I have already recommended several people to this hosting and they've also loved the service. (USA user here, and had no issues so far. Ping was around 50 or so, which is a great ping to play with.)
