Perfecte levering,perfecte timing en zeer vriendelijke chauffeur.top

I ordered an expensive mirror and it came totally broken

First experience with Logique and its already a great one.

The customer service is quick to respond to your queries. The product was delivered quickly and earlier than the time frame mentioned for delivery (good for me).

The delivery driver was quite friendly and delivered it quite efficiently.

I am very satisfied with the receipt of the package. Very nice driver who after a very hard day again gave help to get the package back into the hall. Thank you very much to him. He is a professional.

Unprofessional company didn't deliver my tv its been a week now they simply change delivery date every day evening during planning. Customer service don't know when they are going to deliver. Not recommended.

De zending werd uiteindelijk 2 uur later geleverd dan het einde van het opgegeven tijdvak. Dit zonder tussentijdse informatie. Ook was het niet mogelijk de levering online te volgen.
Maar eens de chauffeur ter plekke was, verliep alles zeer vlot, zorgvuldig en vriendelijk.
En dat is het belangrijkste natuurlijk.
Ik ben dus tevreden.

Delivery on time, perfect service!

Track and trace was perfect. De levering was sneller dan verwacht. De chauffeur was correct. De zending was in orde.

It was certainly a busy time of the year to expect orders to be delivered on time. And our order was really major for our family so we just hoped for the best. Yet it arrived on time, delivered with a smile - though extremely heavy! We were grateful.

Well communicated and delivered as committed

Everything was perfect. You can clearly see when track will be near your house. As a result, you will not miss thr delivery and you don't loose your time staying all the day at home.

You guys literally left it outside our front door in the city Center. You signed it yourselves and didn’t even ring the door!

Totally not cool.

Hello, we noticed with the driver/deliverer that the motor was broken in the delivery box.
The driver/deliverer left with the part.
3rd delivery = 3rd broken part !!!

I received two trees of birch, very swift transnational delivery (NL to BE). The boxes were perfect, the trees did not suffer at all and were correctly manipulated (i.e. clearly always kept vertical).
