Had to purchase a new unit and like the old one I still can't connect with audio. I've paid for this feature and it never works. More than frustrating. Sometimes the tracker works sometimes it freezes up.

I haven’t gotten an answer to my question do I need to replace my unit.

It worked ok for about a month. I got it to put in my work vehicles to keep track of employees. I have watched them go from property to property and the gps doesn't record any movement.

I like the idea but sometimes the live audio track doesn’t work. You keep calling and it doesn’t connect even though there’s service. Sometimes it the line looks occupied and doesn’t connect you to the device. Then the price $6 x hour of conversation is really expensive. It doubled from $3 to $6 without any notice.

My GPS want connect and ever time I call the number it takes a minute off..its say unable to connect or something I have contacted the people and a email back but problem is still not corrected.i did what he told me to do to tracker but it's still malfunctioning and they have not contacted me again since the last email.nor do I have a number to call to speak with a live representative for logistics so my experience is not even one star at this point its zeroes

Gps works great, very accurate, but when it comes to the audio, is super poor quality

Was never told that you don't provide the airtime anymore with our packages it was very disappointing

This tracker doesn't seem to record every movement. The hourly refresher will still only show last location. Not sure if it's a signal issue. Thus tracker is used to locate vehicle movement and only updates randomly.

I love it this device is good especially when you trying to figure what your husband is located I was able to get my answer. The only need fix is the calls sometimes it’s not clear or sometimes you have to keep calling to get a connection to hear the conversation.

No good no good

i buy more minutes, use 30 of them , and it says ive used all 2 hours, i re-up, use 30 min and it says my 120 min are gone, again. and minutes dont re-up at the next pay period like theyre supposed to.

Worked good except for the audio and a few times gps was off its locations.

Garbage didn’t work property

Great price! Simple to operate. Does a excellent job safeguarding my motorcycle. Notifications if it moves is great insurance.
