This company has given me a runaround like no other. The logos are nothing like what I described that I wanted. Then when I asked for a refund (they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee) they keep sending me emails about how wonderful they are and just keep working with them. They have totally missed the mark on my logo and I don't want to keep working with them! Then I asked again for a refund and they told me not to bother filing with Paypal and something about chargebacks and blah blah blah and that I should keep working with them instead. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!! A scam, a total SCAM.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a logo designer!!! The do not seem to be able to understand basic instructions or English as they misspelt my company manta wrong ("Just Self Defense" became "Just Self Denfense") several times! I have been emailing them almost daily for 30 days with no positive feedback! I have attempted to call them but they refuse to answer. They refuse to give my money back stating that the designer has already been paid! The product they have provided me is unacceptable and I am not happy. Please save yourself and avoid this company at all costs!
