It took me a while to find a person who could speak real English and didn't sound like a phone scammer From India. They only think about how they can ripe you off. Even when you call them 3 months after you confirmed what you want and had already paid for it, asking where it is, they treat you like you're an idiot. In total, they Drug it out for 7 months. Oh, and they get really rude when you call out their bull s***.

I found this company after doing a google search last year and hired them to create my web page and provide hosting for the year, create a logo and I paid extra to file my trademark. Well here we are almost a year later and they haven't provided registration information for my tradematk, I have no websiteand its apparent that they don't know how to engage their customers. When a new business comes to you and hires you to build their website they expect to be engaged with calls, emails, and ideas to bring the project together. The emails sent were generic and limited in information. So here i am a few weeks away from the day I hired LogoDynasty to create a webpage, business logo etc and i have yet to be able to connect the dots in knowing what I have to do to get this started. To make matters worse they created logos for my company with a TM that they were paid extra for and I found out in November 2021 that there was no Trademark and since November I have been in contact with Alleana Lopez and she's not been able to tell me where my money went. I can't even use the logos with the trademark because they NEVER FILED MY TRADEMARK CORRECTLY AND IT HAS SINCE BEEN CLOSED. The address they list as a business adress comes back to a building that is commonly used as virtual offices in Los Angeles. You call their telephone # and their voicemail is full and the emails asking for information are now being returned. Do your research!

very bad experience. They could not finish a small project, they are not organized at all. Horrible customer service. I will never spend a penny here.

Awesome logo. Fast, reliable service!

Either poor communication or just straight up scam artists lol. I came to them for one thing and one thing only. A logo. Now 3 months later they still hold all the rights to my logo and want an additional $700 out of me after I’ve already paid $500. Every time I speak with someone I end up paying another “fee” just for them to call me back a month later to tell me there’s “another step”.

If you are reading this review please please please do yourself a favor and go to someone local for logo design and save yourself the trouble and stress.

I feel scammed by these guys. Their design work is good, however, since step 1 I filled out a form in which I clearly informed the main reason for my logo - to be used in my WEBSITE. Then I purchased the basic package - that's all I needed - a logo to be used in my website. After choosing the logo, I was informed the file format they make available with my package was JPEG, which is not actually suitable to be used in a professional website, whereas the correct format would be PNG. In order to get the PNG file, I would have to pay $90, and that would give me the option to have my logo in 7 other file formats which I honestly don't need for now. They alleged what they deliver with my package (JPEG) was clearly stated on their portal, I honestly didn't see it, in whichever case, what is that freaking form for in which I clearly said I needed a logo for my website??? They should have openly said since the beginning that the package I needed to purchase was the $90 one since I needed a PNG format, not to wait for me to purchase the $39 one and only afterwards tell me my package didn't cover what I needed. Had I known I should purchase the $90 bucks package, I would have sought their competitors. Not honest from their end, now I have a logo that doesn't work for my needs. I'd rather pay again someone else to re-draw my logo than paying these smart-asses extra money just to have the file format I need.

Worst service ive ever had they keep me waiting for more than a month, changing designers, more than 2 weeks saying to me we will send you the info tomorrow or in an hour... excuses to make a simple adjustment. I dont recomend logo dynasti at all
