DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
They did a logo many years back and that was great. They talked me into website and email service and this is where the problems started.
Constantly having problems with website and emails. Then they keep coming to me for money for this and money for that. When you have started doing business it was hard to say no, just hoping the relationship would improve.
The office in Los Angeles does not communicate with Katy, Tx office. Constantly having to go back and show that I had paid for services they were trying to charge for. It was a stressful relationship to say the least.
The other bad part was they had my domain for my .net and .com. So had to end my relationship with adding an LLC to my new domain and just have to give it up.
Then have some yahoo named David Otis trying to again squeeze me for money that already paid when AGAIN I had to contact regarding my email not working. He tells me that there was a break up of partners and he is trying to straighten everything out. Gets my email back up then says to pay him $200 because he paid it out of his pocket. I refused that, he sent nasty text to me then turned my email off. I had paid for this service. My domain had expired and contacted them showing the 4 year renewal and no answer.
It has not been a good experience and from the other reviews ,it looks like many others have had the same .

When my "web team" failed to protect my site from a Petya Ransomware attack I requested they take the site down. They refuse to. They registered my self-named domain under their ownership even though they claimed I would be in control. They lied. I have no ownership according to authorities.
The term I was given by the law enforcement community is "Web Hijacking". I was advised that they are "Scammy" by those in the know.
After investing thousands of dollars with logoiconix on mt site they have left me with a total liability.
Avoid Logoiconix at all costs.

The Logo Iconix team has been very helpful, at every level, to help me with the creation of my company logo and website. They're friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend their services.

James was incredible and highly responsive. He would always get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. I was able to call him and chat things out if I wanted to specify something. He got my logo absolutely perfect! Best service!

I would highly recommend this company to get your logo done. Prior to using them I tried Fiverr and was very unsatisfied. I came across Logo Iconix and gave them a try. They did an amazing job with a very fast turn around time for the edits I needed. They stayed in constant communication with me. Definitely give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!
