My initial designs came through fast and were exactly what I wanted, however when it came to my website support after I went live I just kept getting the word press manual sent to me. I have been trying to get issues with my email addresses being usable on my outlook platform and some sections of my website being un-editable for about 6 weeks now with no technical support and I now get ignored by customer service, I don't get call backs when I get through to the Australia number, the live support is not active when I try.

It is now damaging my business and I am only just setting it up.

Was a pleasure to have "LogoInn" as our main web supplier (web design, development, logo design with too many options and enhancements, contents writing& proof reading, etc.)
Highly recommended fro any professional web-related work...

working with logoinn trying to get my website to go live was one of the worst experiences i have ever had with a company.
Firstly its took them over 4 months to have the site near completion because the communication with every single staff member is very poor and in turn took a lot more time and energy to explain/communicate.
communication barrier was a large factor along with many more.
They don't reply to emails, the highest manager there is quite frankly rude.
Because they are based in another country he knew that he could refuse refund and theres not much than can be done about it.
i never received what i paid for which was a live website nor did i receive a refund. I would highly recommend to pay a little more and go somewhere other than Logoinn.

Awesome support from logoinn and the support goes a mile to understand the requirement and do the needful. Specially, I met a guy Jim Morris, he was quite professional and above the expectations to help.

I am finally getting my business card designed and customised.
