I was a bit sceptical to use this online service due to a previous dealing with another company. The first thing that made me feel a little better was that the 10alogo has an 800 number (being able to speak to a live person is important to me). So I called, a gentleman by the name of Kevin Grayson answered the phone, Kevin was SUPER! He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, was patient, polite, and kind, I put in my order, and here is the best part Kevin's word was golden and some. Kevin Grayson is the best customer support in this company. I have experienced some difficulties in my order and Kevin helped me to solve all of them. Have been making a number of brochures and flyers from logoinn and they have always been patient and super cooperative with us. They get what we need done and exceed our expectations. Have needed last min questions answered and was always able to chat to someone right away. Danny Hopkins is great and responsive to my needs and always gets back to me with any problems I am having. Kevin Grayson is an awesome customer support in this company. He really took things in his hands after my unhappy feedback. Turn around time was really frustrating until Kevin took charge of my project. I was done working with companies remotely but since this guy took care of my Logo design project very well, I'm planning to go for Website designing with him as well! Three months of frustration to get a site that isn't working properly. Was told it would be fixed urgently-five days later am still waiting to hear back from them. Instructions were not followed, was unable to get clear answers to simple questions, and there was a two day turnaround for simple changes. Would never hire them again or recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know just how fantastic Danny Hopkins has been.

I was so worried using an online company to design my logo. I sent off request and obtained two concepts one I dismissed and the other was good.

I decided to request changes to both.

I started an online chat with Danny about progress and he put me totally at ease.

He took the time to come back to me promptly and was so professional even checking progress multiple times and informing me personally when changes where ready to be viewed

In a world where bad customer service is a daily stuggle I wanted you to know what an asset you have in Danny.

You should be very proud to have him on your team and I feel very furtunate in having the pleasure of dealing with him through this exciting new process.

I originally had an idea of what I wanted my logos to look like, so I sent a couple of bad drawings to logoinn & they made them look fantastic!!! They were so much better than I had imagined.
4 years later & a dead computer left me with no files to send to the printer for the work I needed, so a quick live chat with Kevin Dise at logoinn and all was right with the world😀Kevin managed to find my old files & email them all to me so I could keep the company branding consistent.

I used Logoinn to design my company logo and stationary set. My project manager, Jayson Walter was great and easy to work with. He was responsive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Logoinn for their work and will have no problem using them for projects in the future.

I have been working through some new products and Kevin Dise and Danny Hopkins were awesome! Kevin was my account manager and on top of all my needs. Today I spoke with Danny and I felt like he was on my side getting me the rest of the files I needed ASAP.

If it wasn't for Kevin Dise (KD) I'd be bald from pulling my hair out in frustration. All throughout the design of a very special but complicated logo design that had numerous changes, he was calm and helped me all the way. Thanks Kevin, your help is greatly appreciated.

I had a very good experience with the team at Logo inn. I made multiple revisions and the design team worked with me every step of the way. I had a vision for my design and they were very instrumental in making it come to life. Jim Morris is wonderful, he always returned my phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
