This are just scammers. I requested a logo from them, that I never used since it was a terrible design. 1 years later I get a call from them saying someone is trademarking the name of my company, since I had the name first I can trademark first and keep my name, they offer to help me with the trademark, and at the beginning I said yes, but the person who contacted me was from another company, when I complained his "supervisor" called me to say that that person was working for two companies and was stealing their clients, I could deal with him directly. In that moment I backed away I did not pay anything. Now I get constant emails and calls regarding Business Brand Identity Infringement. As per their messages Im going to get sued, I will have to pay a fine of up to $150K if I dont trademark my company with them. Complete Scammers, dont waste your time and money with this so called "Company".
