Logoliberty offers excellent logo design services! They took my idea and created a stunning logo that flawlessly captures the essence of my business. Everything went well and without incident.

Horrible company! I paid this company to build me a website and they took my money and never delivered a website. I cannot find them on the BBB nor can I find them to start a lawsuit. They have many addresses but non officially. Does anyone have any information on this company in order to get information to start a lawsuit?

Logo liberty was hired to repair my website. They redirected my web page to a mirror website of mine and are stealing financial information from those who think they are I'm a legit site. I'll be turning this info over to the feds

The company that I hired to build my websites and do the Trademarks, video animations, content etc. , Logo Liberty turned out to be nothing but scam and unreliable employees. It’s been almost a year since I started to work with this company and nothing been done. You guys changed my reps 6 times and each one of you it’s just getting worst and worst with communication! None of you know what’s going on, weather is invoicing or an actual website design. The fact that you have yelled and scream at me THE COSTUMER and my architect, is not only unprofessional but also absolutely unacceptable! there was nothing but a disaster and disappointing experience with every each one of you. The amount of disrespect for clients that is going on in this company of yours, Logo Liberty should be legally punished and disappear from face of earth. I have never been more verbally abused, disrespected and mistreated in business! You should be ashamed of yourself for such language. You are incompetent and unreliable company filled with employees who have no training how to not only speak with customers but also who has no knowledge about design as well as your own paperwork and invoices.

Logo Liberty is a scam company. I paid this company $950 for a web design and logo package that included many bells and whistles, to include 12 months of free hosting. The only thing completed was the logo. After two years and two different project managers that left the company without my knowing, I still do not have everything that was promised. I was not seeking a refund. I just wanted them to make good on the services in the package that I purchased. They refused to do so and had the audacity to tell me that in order to start my project again I would have to pay them a restart fee of $300. It would have taken them all of a week at most to finish up my project. However, the person I spoke with Allen, just kept going back and forth me about the time that had passed. Even though the only reason I had two project managers is because I reached out to this company after not hearing back from anyone. Only to be told the person I was working with has left the company. They further insulted me by sending me a text message in August of this year referencing the project they started for me and didn't finish, whole offering me a 40% off promotion on new services. When I responded to the text to say, I would like to finish the project you all started, I didn't get a response. Complete rip-off, unprofessional, and total con-artists. I plan to place this review everywhere I can, including the BBB!

I worked with Ben Clark on our website, mannheimsecuritysolutions.com. His experience, creativity, and technical knowledge were able to capture my concepts of what I wanted our website to look like. I thought that some of my ideas would present a challenge to him and his team, however, he often responded with “Yes, our team can do that for you.” Phase I of our website was a success, due to Ben and his team.

This is the WORSE!!! They sold me a package back in Sept 2019 to create a website. It was push off to 3 different project managers, all communication was drop and always have to come back asking me the same question! My project was push back, at first they sold me a custom platform and then later told me i am on a word platform and the ideal design i want is for custom. They tried to sell me another project!!! At this point i am furious and demended my money! The refund was delay or stall for a outrageous approval of approve from compliance department. Now its been a whole month i have not gotten my refund!. MARK OLSON IS LIAR AND A FRAUD. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD BEWARE!!!!!!!!! ITS EXCUSES AND LIES AFTER LIES. THERE IS PROJECT REP NAME WILLIAM IS FED WITH LIES AS THIS COMPANY!

Worst company ever.....Scam!!!! been 2 years and I still don't have a website that works. They scrapped my first idea because they could never get it up and running the way it should've. Convinced me to go a different direction, (much easier) and still don't have that one working. Over $9000.00 in and nothing, notta. They still try to upsell me GDN, SEO etc. and it's not even live yet. BEWARE!!!!

Jasper at Logoliberty is the man! I'm not sure why there would be any bad reviews for this company, my experience from the very first chat has been and continues to be positive one. I'm an extremely busy man, and as such need results quickly. At the same time I also understand that good things take time to develop. All my expectations have been met so far, and will continue to keep in touch.

Being an attorney I wanted to have a website created for myself to showcase my expertise. Since I do not know much about websites and how they work I decided to reach out to Logoliberty. My project manager was really patient and responsive throughout the process. They initially sent over a website design according to my specifications which when approved turned into an amazing website. They also informed and provided the hosting for my site which I was not aware of. All in all, Logoliberty is exceptional at what they do.

Jason at Liberty Logo was fantastic! He was extremely helpful to me with building my website. He’s ability to communicate fast and efficient was refreshing and reassuring. He made sure to keep me in the loop on every step of the way. I would definitely recommend him. He was honest and clearly hard working.

This company are NOT legitimate. They will steal your MONEY. Please read all of the posting that have given them NEGATIVE rating and you will see that WE all say the same thing. They are Liars, and cheats and will take your money and give you NOTHING...

Was amazing working with him, On getting our Logo up and running we also plan at a later ate getting more work done as well, I strongly advise using them for any and all wok you might need done, Its been a great experience.

Rick Castle has been working with me very patiently for about a year to get our website done. At first I knew we needed a website, but I had no idea what it needed to look like! Rick did an excellent job working with me and very carefully explaining this process this entire time. I have used many websites, but never had one myself. Rick understood that and used his expertise to get it done. I would never have been able to accomplish this task without him!! I highly recommend this company and Rick Castle. He has given me his personal cell number so that I could contact him even when he was not at work which helped me out a lot. He is truly a dedicated employee.

Some miscommunication among the team when starting the project resulted in failing to meet the website deadline for good couple of months. Despite that problem, Henry did a great job. Was patient, courteous and professional throughout the whole process. Logo and brochure were perfectly delivered on time so the overall, has been a good experience working with them.

SCAM!!!Horrible company to deal with. Pretty sure they are a scam. Offered to opted out many times with no hard feelings due to there inadequate abilities to even understand what we were looking for. Besides the high lack of communication, and never actually communicating through the systems logoliberty say would be using to design things for you...Lied many times on returning phone calls, updates, and even multiple deadlines, which they never completed. Go figure! They sent false copyright papers to pose like they completed the copyright process, never finished. They DO NOT understand the concept of TIME and COMPLETION. They will act like they are on your side and with a "don't worry its 100% money back guarantee." Not the case when you ask for a refund. But you better believe my lawyer, bank and I will do our best to get my REFUND. DONT DO IT! DO "NOT" DO IT! TRUST ME THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
