Very good communication, creativity and response times from the Snr Project Manager Jasper James and his team. I am very happy with the final design.

This is group of people who scam the business owners.
Stay away from them, and it is not even Australian owned company.

They offer logo concept package with discounted price, and once you purchase it, they will get it done by their third party, which is based in third world country. Soon after, they will send you an email about ownership bla bla at 2:00 am at night and charge your card with $499 without any permission.

They are disobeying consumer law and consumer privacy protection.

Better to stay away from scammers who touches your money through some low quality service.

My entire experience with my dedicated account manager Simon, was extremely helpful, professional and prompt. Simon was full of ideas to get our business maximum exposure and extremely patient with any changes we made, until we were 100% happy with the end result.

Everything went well and I’m happy with the product I ended up with, thanks to Holden cross.

Got a logo designed by Logonado. Simon Marshall was my account manager. A few revisions done and we got it finished. I am very impressed with the ease of communications and requested for changes. Would recommend to anyone looking to have the job done professionally.
We sure will have required more work done in the future with them.

I asked for a logo for my business without having a firm idea of what exactly I wanted. I was provided with lots of different options as well as many revisions. Simon and his team were very patient and helpful.

The staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating.
They walked me through every step of the process and explained the process well.
There was an extra price for dowloading the stationary, which was not clear at the beginning. But other than that, it was an enjoyable experience.

Allan has done an amazing job creating my logo to look exactly as I wanted.
Further coming up with the idea of the cartoon logo for my website, absolutely brilliant!

The worst most un productive waste of time and money. Do not deal with this business. Stay away from this company. They charged money from my credit card without permission. I had to cancel the card and open a dispute.

I had a logo made by Logonado's team and will soon to be getting my website created, and dealt with Dexter.

Dexter and team worked really incredibly hard for me and surpassed my expectations for my logo. There was some back and forth of revisions and every time they listened and changed what I had asked and even changed back to originals when I was changing my mind trying to achieve my perfect logo.

I would highly recommend logonado, professional, caring, diligent, and quick turn around.

Their landline numbers are fake numbers bought through VoIP. Reverse check their phone number. Do your researches and contact the genuine reviewers to better know their modus operanda. They claim to be based in Brisbane, but they are based and operate from Pakistan. Check their IP. Keep reading and you will come across to the real reviews. They use fake English sounding names to back-up their fraud as an Australian Business. Absolute layers and bunch of incompetents. STAY AWAY!!!! Do not give your credit card details as you will be charged without your knowledge and consent for services you are not aware of, you don’t need or you have not authorised. Do not be lured by their “money back guarantee” as you would then be chasing a Pakistani business that charges you GST without being registered within Australia. If you need a logo done or any IT related service then this bunch of impostors working for a fake company are not what you need. If by any chance you have trusted them to host your website and they do not manage to fraudulently debit your card or account without your knowledge for services that you do not need, then expect for your website to be held at ransom. They do not provide cheap service as their follow-up “mandatory” add-on services will end up costing you more than what you’d pay a well and truly Australian based professional service provider. I AM NOT A FAKE REVIEWER. You can contact me and I will gladly share recorded phone conversation with their fake Bob, Shane and Barry alike trying to get my money back. A BIG NO! Stay away!!!

These guys have exceeded my expectations. They are very professional and patient with me figuring out what I wanted vs what I needed. I could not recommend them more. They are knowledgeable in the behind the scenes of logo design and business marketing, creative with their designs and very patient with all the modifications and amendments.

I have had a wonderful experience with Logonado. Dexter looked after my needs and he had been amazing. He’s polite and efficient and did exactly what I asked. The turn around time was great and I had Dexter chasing me each day when he hadn’t heard from me. His reminders to get me to check my emails were essential as I have been very busy. He found me on WhatsApp which was a great way to get in touch with me.
