Fraudulent Company - not based in UK
This is a fraudulent company so reporting them to Fraud agency and Bank to reclaim monies under Credit card cashback as they are falsely advertising and scamming people. They using alias English names instead of their true Indian identity.. They cannot develop a professional websites and are amateurs and always soliciting more monies for any changes despite it being listed in the order final scope. Try visiting their UK listed address and query why they won't show their face on Zoom call if they are transparent. Avoid at all costs. Hardly can construct and edit simple English sentences and unable to understand simple requests. Had over 3 Project Managers for a simple website. Use a professional company instead of scammers. You have been warned. This is a genuine feedback from a client..not from their competitor as they may allege

3 years on and they are still hassling me. Two sites and a brochure (package deal). None of it ever finished. Terrible standard of work. Constant changing of account managers and everything would start again and never get anywhere. No refunds because I “took a special deal” and didn’t reply for two weeks at one point. Ridicules terms and conditions meaning you will never get money back. Essentially they will talk the talk to get your money then the project will go round in circles, problem after problem until you give up. Address is not real, they work as logoshines and London logo design. All the same set of scammers and you don’t know where they are or who you are dealing with. I told them I don’t want work doing anymore and for a couple of years now they have called trying to get £250 off me to “restart the projects” I have already paid for. I have told them to take me off their system and never call me again and they say “no that will not happen and if you don’t like people calling you that’s your problem”. How this company is able to trade is beyond me and it’s been an expensive life lesson, please please please don’t fall for it. Wish I had read reviews 3 years ago

The worst experience ever. I feel robbed. I was left with a failed products with broken links where I had to get someone do the whole thing again. I really want my money back as it was wasted. A scam!

Please save your money and never use them.

I had a website built last year with these guys - this was a painful experience in itself. However, i've been trying to make amendments for the last 6 months and have finally had a response. Paid an additional £200 to 'fix' the problem and still don't have access to any of my emails. I now have no access to emails and a company i paid good money too not willing to help.
I'd advise anyone to stay away from these cowboys

Understand each request takes 36-48 hours.
Communication was terrible.
Understanding urgency for product was ridiculous and could care less.
A one day job took 10 days and we had to pay another company to modify our product.
Do not use this company.

Do not use this company for anything. You're better off hiring a freelancer on other websites... do your research on freelancers (freelances are typically UPbeat and ready to WORK). This company is a fraud and will not deliver what you paid for. They will also not refund you any money whatsoever whenever you disagree with their services. The lack of professionalism from their account managers will drive you insane. They will charge your credit card without prior notice and will not provide you with an itemized receipt or any form of any contract for you to review. Trust the bad reviews on here and look elsewhere. Save the headache and financial loses.

Hi peoples please don't use this company, you can see how many negative review then positive , almost all review are negative and no one was happy with this negative company, you can see that all peoples here they complain about same things, that this company take your money without giving you what you was paying for,I payed for my website like all peoples here and after more then 1 year I didn't have my website .they will not make you what you are paying for and they will not refund you and can you imagine that after more then year and I didn't have my website they still ask me to pay for other things to add to my website which l did not have yet. and I have see here that peoples who they got what they was paying for then no one of them was happy and most of them they said that they did not get what they was paying for. they are not professional of doing website.so don't use this rubbich company . and other thing you will read that someone from this company answer your review by asking you to contact him to solve your problem, hahahah its just showing here that they care about customer but believe me he will never answer you and he will never do anything because they are all same . and nothing will change, and if someone want the evidence of my review please let me know I will send you all email between me and them for more 1 year you will see that every few month when l will ask them where is my website they will answer it will be ready in 20 days .this 20 days have never arrived , maybe they mean 20 year. sorry I did not know that we cant give our email here.

Requested domain transfer to my name, was refused. I have an e-mail confirming it was brought on my behalf and hence my property, manager at logoshines said I could renew it with them for 200 pounds but I would never get control of it. NEVER let them purchace a domain on your behalf, its cost me and my business.. The attitude from the manager Michael Thomas stinks.. (they all have western names by the way so you only talk to aliases, funny that isnt it)

**Please do not use this company**. I have waited 8 months for a very basic e-commerce website to be built, and have now given up. They will delay you with ridiculous excuses and then when you ask for your "100% money back guarantee" just plain ignore you. This is not a UK based company. They are unprofessional and will take your money with no view of completing work. I have contacted Watch Dog. Please do the same so we can try to get this company off the web. I went through a year long course to win my start up costs £400 of which has gone down the drain to these disgusting charletons. Please dont make the same mistake.

Honestly the worst company on the web that is apparently based in the UK....

The staff are rude and unprofessional, the work they produce is below standard, they even claim to have made a logo for Hillary Clinton...don't make my mistake as they offer 100% refund and then refuse to give it back.

You can find better logos on sites like logojoy or well anywhere to be honest, I had high hopes for the 'concepts' they were to produce for me but also I got was rush half hearted work that failed to meet either our company image or description.

What's more they claim to be UK based but non off the staff are either English, Scottish or Welsh but they have the names of people from their with oddly foreign accents.

Recommended to all for proper logo designs. Team is very professional, and eager to work on each minor details given by me.

They understand brand usp, and design logos accordingly.

In October 2017 We ordered with LogoShines UK for a new responsive front page for our existing website which we explained was to be connected to our existing database, it took until December to get something which was close to what we wanted, though changes would lose the previous changes.
It finally went live start of January 2018, but they had moved our domain from our host to theirs along with the database and email service. We asked for them to move it back, but lots of excuses and it is still not moved. We have now lost our database of 49000 properties, our website and our email service with records back to 2006.
The site they made live was a $39 Wordpress Real Estate Theme only, just our logo that we provided, no Company details and it was not connected to our database.
We have given them time, but now we ask for our money back and they keep saying no as the site went live. Just reported to Trading Standards and looking into taking legal action under the Sale of Goods and Services Act 1982 for compensation for loss of business and loss of reputation.
I have just had a call offering me half of the money I paid or they will see me in Court.
We have checked the portfolio they provide and I can not find any operational sites using the site shown.
Not sure the address they give is their office or just a business address.

UPDATE;
As suggested by Trading Standards, I wrote to this Company at the address on their site as a recorded deliver and signed for, but it has been put to a return to sender.

Please avoid using Logo Shines for any of your business needs. Also, be sure to get all information in writing before you submit payment. You’re better off finding another company. Logo shines is basically a scam. Not worth the time or headache.

Same type of experience as Chris. We spent over 5 months working on a website. The logo they also designed but I did all the work. The website cost $1500 and its still not complete and I provided all the wording and the photos. You can't talk to them because you can't understand what they are saying. If it is a legit company they are really awful at what they do. I'm not sure if I'll ever have a website at this point. Plus I'm pretty sure all the positive comments are fabricated. You can always tell by the lack of detail.

Anyone know how to make sure these guys are no longer in business? I don't want other people getting ripped off.

2.6.2018 UPDATE - I felt I owed an update to this initial comment. After 5 months of barely moving on the website I became so frustrated I asked for a new project manager. My original PM's name was Isaac. FYI. I also threatened to ask for my money back since the website does say "100% satisfaction guaranteed." Logoshines assigned me a new project manager who informed me we were too far along in the process to receive my money back. No surprise there! I will say this guy has been much better. He's basically wrapped up everything that needed to be finished in order for us to have a completed website. However, the website is still a basic website and nothing special despite their hype. So again, do your homework and go with someone that has real reviews. Its a crapshoot! The web is so deceptive I can only wish you luck. I will say that quotes I received varied from $1000 to $8500. One more piece of advice - because I didn't have web hosting I ended up talking to go daddy. I went with them for the web hosting and now wish I would have used them to build my website. Their price was very reasonable (less than $1500) and their platform allows for more originality. So if looking for a web designer, try Godaddy.

Came to logoshines team for designs of new landing pages on my website, and they've done very nice work with the pages. Designs and responsiveness is just perfect, overall experience is good though a bit pricey but all worth it.

I am seriously looking into reporting this fake company!
They took over 9 months to give me an incomplete website! After paying for one the packages over £300!!!! (very bad mistake) they exempt any refunds! Read the terms and conditions! Super convincing when it comes to selling and taking payment and once thats out the way, you won't hear from them!
They are a fraud company, none of them are actually web designers, you have to direct the entire website yourself! They will try to blame you for it, very rude, unprofessional and unreliable!
Disgusting that they are still operating. Oh yes and they say they are based in UK but thats a lie! They are based in India and all their names are fake!

Following the initial conversations I received relentless contact from Logoshines with no real effort to understand what I was asking for to my mind. They attempted to up-sell further products and 'packages' to me as opposed to focusing their attention on my initial requests. After multiple conversations, explanations, completion of their paperwork and providing instructions that I believe a 3 year old could follow, all that came back to me was substandard examples of poorly chopped together, cut and pasted drivel with virtually NO working functionality.. They aim to baffle and sell on products and concepts that other vendors include for free as a matter of course. What you do finally receive is bottom of the barrel quality that many of the available template based DIY solutions from other vendors will result in, with better results and in less time than it takes to call these clowns and bring them into the same universe as the simple instructions or concepts you are trying to convey reside.. I have not queried the payment for my logo or copyright portion of the package work received (even though my logo had to be edited by my sign writer due to the errors contained) but I have requested a refund for the website work and have been told "we have actually used the images and the materials and the references that you have provided. if you want us to show you more website design concepts you can let me know what kind of work you are looking for and we would show you some designs in that line. im afraid so the refund can not be done in this manner." I have also now had to happily edit this review for a forth time due to Logoshines efforts to have it removed.. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else!
