a manufacturer's defect is not my fault
The Carhartt jacket I received had sleeves 2 sizes larger that the jacket, obviously a manufacturer's defect (as I own Carhartt jackets and ordered what was my usual size) but you would not replace it with a correct jacket. Now I have to pay a tailor to try and fix the sleeves.

Nevin, as I told you in my email, you ordered the TALL size of the Carhartt jacket and that is why the sleeves are longer than you expected. I explained clearly that Carhartt makes Regular sizes and TALL sizes and you ordered the TALL size by mistake. The jacket is Not defective. The sleeves are longer because you ordered the TALL jacket. I offered you a discount for the Regular sized jacket.

I was disappointed I couldn’t order on line since it wouldn’t accept any size selection. I had to call, but the person I talked to was amazing and helpful - got it done. Then I rec’d the invoice but it had no way for me to pay. I had to call again and they rebilled with the correct button to allow payment. Again, the person was very helpful, but not feeling good about being able to buy from your site.
