when I contacted them about a website they told me one thing then wanted to charge me for everything they told me that came with it. The first one they sent I didn't like I put it on hold due to personal things then called Jack back told him I didn't like the thing he left someone else took over he sent me the same crap. I have asked now 3 times to cancel this and I still can't get that to happen. I just want my money back for a job that not finished and not what I wanted.

Norman was nice at the beginning,when the website was not at my taste every extra he charge more so i ended up paying almost two thousand dollars or more. The website was still not what i wanted i wasn't satisfied with the website. So i contacted another company,when i ask Norman for my cpanel accesses he kept given me the running around after a week he gave me the cpanel access then he erase everything on the cpanel i had nothing on it i lost the money,website and everything. Now i know you need to register your own domain and hosting.
do not trust them i have proof of everything i writing down.

I was assigned Norman Sha and he listened to what I wanted and worked with me to nail down the logo design that was exactly what I had envisioned. He worked several days as went went back and forth. He was prompt and even responded late at night. I am very pleased with the outcome and my logo turned out fantastic.

Jim is as good a customer service representative as you will get! Especially in this modern era, where we all know customer service has taken a back seat, in many companies.

They were patient, reacted quickly to the needs required to get the art right. And their team was focused and determined to get the finished product where it needed to be, before I approved it.

Pricing is reasonable. If you're looking to get a logo, or some artwork done, on a high quality, reasonably priced, quick response, great customer service basis, don't waste any more time ... these guys will get it done.

In my arena, I am world champion, so I know quality and these guys knocked it out of the park.

My designer was Norman Sha and he was great. He changed every details I asked until we came up with the perfect logo. I would definitely recommend Logotale.

Avoid this company.  There are a few negative reviews on here and I have to say mine is similar.  While many are positive, I would suspect that they have created the positive reviews personally.  There are a few reasons for that comment.  The biggest is I simply don't trust them.  My basis for that is this.  Under the about us tab on their website, they state  COMPLETE REFUND OPTION We offer complete refund confidently because we haven’t receive a single refund request up till now and expect same in future.However, there are at least 2 reviews that I came across on this page that clearly state that refunds have been requested, yet not given.  Also, when I first contacted them about a simple mascot logo that I intend to put on a team jersey for a high school fishing team I was encouraged to purchase a package for $149 by Adam.  I responded that that price was insane for the purpose of the project. Later I received another contact and a link to an apparently "hidden" page that they use when someone balks on the cost of a project. This link showed a package that is not shown on their "packages" page and included a $27 option.  While I had reservations, I thought I'd give it a shot.  Certainly a mistake. While I received the first artwork very quickly, it was extremely poor and not even close to what I had indicated needing and was very specific and clear with what I was requesting.  After sending another very specific email including attachments requesting revision, it took multiple texts and email to get the revisions after 4 days although they stated on multiple occasions  between Adam and Diego that I would receive it within that day.  Once I did receive the first revision, they were much improved. Given how bad the original was and how specific and detailed my email requesting revision was, it would be hard to not have improved the original artwork.  Something I'd be willing to pay and settle for (with some color revisions) would be an appropriate description.  By no stretch was it something that was particularly impressive, but it would meet the purpose. It was also at this time that I reiterated that I needed the artwork in a vector format, which I had expressed in my original conversation with Adam, only to initially be told by Diego that it would be.  Shortly thereafter however, he followed up and said no I'd have to pay an additional $50 to get it in the vector format.  I then contacted the shirt printer I am getting the uniforms from and they said just get the artwork in whatever form I can as soon as possible and they will find someone to convert to the format that they need and the cost would likely be between $15 and $25. I informed Diego and Norman to proceed with the color revision without the additional $50 cost and was told I'd have the revision within 24 hours.  Guess what,  this again didn't happen and required more texts and emails so that I didn't have to have the artwork held hostage over the extended Memorial Day weekend. In my exchange with Diego he turned the blame on me by stating that the delay in getting revisions done was my fault for providing them with my ideas after the original concept was developed, which is completely false.

In the end, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and in doing so have requested a 50% refund of the $27 package.  It truly isn't about the money, however.  It is about customer service, doing business the right way and following through with what you say you will stand behind.
