Awesome customer service

I've been using this company for over a decade. I've never had a problem until the last time, when I received three defective shirts that were the original manufactures fault, not Logo Up. Once notified, they replaced the shirts at no charge and got them back to me quickly. Lifetime customer and highly reccommend,

Excellent service

We ordered new branded t-shirts. The interface was pretty easy to use, the staff in the shop were excellent - really helpful and knowledgeable. Quality was good and took them 1 day less than they had quoted, which was great. Thank you :)

Been my go to company for years.

Handled change requests correctly. Delivered on time. Product was good quality for the cost. The only request I have would be to improve the online interface when ordering screen printing - it seems a little more focused on the embroidery process. But they resolved all my questions.
