I had a terrible experience with Xfinity costumers service

I had a terrible experience with Xfinity Mobile customer service over the phone. One of the representatives didn’t listen to me properly — she cut me off while I was still talking, told me to “hold on,” and then suddenly disconnected the call without any warning. After that, my phone line was completely cut off, and I couldn’t make any calls, including to Xfinity.

Because of this, I lost the promotion I was supposed to receive, and no one from Xfinity took responsibility for the mistake. The situation was extremely frustrating and stressful.

I had no choice but to go to the Xfinity store in person to get help, because Xfinity’s phone support failed me completely. I hope Xfinity seriously reviews how their mobile support team treats customers. This was unacceptable.

Stick to logos, not website design

They did fine on the logo; that's the one star. They then up-sold me to website development; that's the "no stars". Even before COVID, they constantly make minimal changes then claim they're done. I think it's a tactic to balance multiple projects with limited staff. I've sent requirement documents, made mock ups, and provided examples from other sites. No luck.

I have to give one star because I can't…

I have to give one star because I can't give zero.

The logo I got ended up okay (after many, many revisions where I had to tell them that the words really had to be centered over each other; what kind of designer needs to be told things like that). Unfortunately, I had also signed up for the website while still finishing up the logo.

What a mistake.

The website they eventually gave me, after totally deleting my old site with no back up, and weeks of foot dragging delays, was not at all usable. I wasn't given access to make modifications (because I gave up on their getting it right).

In the end, I totally scrapped their work and rebuilt my site from scratch. What was supposed to take a week ended up stretching for almost 2 months. And I had to rebuild my site again anyway.

Never use these people. EVER.

Poor Communication and so far Unreliable

As a small start up company. I purchased a logo from LogoXfinity several days ago. I have not heard from a designer, and when I checked in twice, I've failed to receive a response on the progress of my logo. There is no communication and no basic professional consideration of time or money. If you are a small business owner, I do not recommend this company. A logo generator would be much faster and more reliable.

With all the news about U.S Citizens…

With all the news about U.S Citizens losing their jobs to oversea companies I've been dealing with as many U.S. companies as I can. Up until now I had no regrets. This was be far in the 20+ years working in marketing the absolute worst group of people I have ever encountered. Missed deadlines, budget overruns, and plain uninspiring design.

Here's the real kicker, Mike from LogoXfinity sent the latest round of work and it accidentally included an invoice from a India based company. Avoid and save yourself from a lot of pain.

This was the first time using…

This was the first time using logoxfinity.com and we were not sure what we expect. We sent them the picture of the logo we want and they created it exactly what we want. We also received all the file types we need. We were very pleased with the logo and service.
Highly recommended!

Terrible service! Always miss deadline! Don't trust them!

My experience with Logo Xfinity was extremely terrible that makes me wonder if all the positive feedback here are fake reviews.

Before I placed the order, the support team assured me that they will do local marketing research to ensure the logo they designed will suit the market and competitive enough to the competitors. After I placed my order, the as hell journey started.

For the logo design, I had to tell them in every detail what to change, they may or may not cover everything you asked. And they ensure they won't go above and beyond to give you a great quality logo

The package I purchased stated the turnaround time is 2 days. They never met this deadline. I always had to keep chasing them again and again and they assured me that they will deliver to me before the end of the day (the end of the 2nd days) and they always failed the promise with some ridiculous excuses.
There was once I only requested color changes that expected to be less than 1-hour job and they still didn't deliver it to me until the third days.

My account contact Jeff Martin was the worse I had never seen in my professional life. He even would spend several emails to argue with me that they count the days in business days (which was how I counted) and then, in the end, he still couldn't deliver the logo until the 3 days plus the weekend, so I waited 5 days almost the whole week for a change request.

With such a terrible experience, I was having a hard time to believe that Jeff Martin even had the confidence to tricked me to answer his phone because "He wanted to finalize my logo request before submitting all the work to me" Turn out that was a pure sales call wanted me to spend more money building website, apply for trademark with their service, I was astonished on the other side of the call.

After you finalize the logo, they will give you the logo only and pretend nothing else is needed until I kept asking him where are the rest documents included in the package I purchased. Jeff Martin would even pretend he doesn't know anything and replied to me what document do you mean. I had to list everything this company owed me and he just sent me 2-word document asked me to fill out the information that they already had since the beginning of the project. And it was a more painful process to wait because they did it one by one. If you thought after you finalize your logo you can receive everything you purchased you are so wrong like me.
I asked several people in their support team why they couldn't submit the work on time and every time I asked this question they just logged out of the chat and neglected to answer my question.
Even until now I still don't have the source file of the social media files included in the package and I already gave up.

I will suggest leaving this company as far away as possible, there are so many design firms, why choose this one?

Stellar work, great communication.

Steven and his team are absolutely excellent - they accomplished the task in record time and well exceeded expectations. They made us feel like we were their most important customer by keeping open communication and understanding as their first priority.

I will be returning here for all of my logo needs.

Quality work in record timing

I needed a quick turnaround on a temp logo for an investment deck, and Steve Clark at Logo Xfinity was able to not only produce the perfect logo within the timeframe promised, but also exceeded my expectations by offering to input it into our deck at no extra cost. We will absolutely be using Logo Xfinity in the future!
