Absolute scammers that use scare tactics to get you to pay absurd amounts of money! Stay far away as possible! These people need to be arrested and shut down!

Back in 2022 I purchased a logo with an affiliate company. Not even a year later I received an email from them stating there was a copyright issue and that they wanted me to pay them an absurd amount of money which I didn't do. About every year or so, I constantly get emails from Logozones and all their affiliates (Pixelslogo, Designspedia, etc..) about copyright issues and just other BS that is 100% false and is an absolute scare tactic to get me to pay money. In these emails, I have found nothing but lies, false information, very vague statements, incorrect grammar, and punctuation. Now they have decided to "create" a fake Legal advisors company (Yes the company is owned by them) to create even more scare to get their customers to pay even more money. I have done nothing but years of extensive research regarding this company and have found the following: All the companies are registered to an address in Chicago. Those companies do not reside at that address (Yes I have went by that location and it actually is a church) All of the companies domains are registered to the same address including the "fake" legal advisors website. The Legal Advisors company is "registered" to an address Downtown Chicago and funny enough, they also don't have any offices in that building (Been there as well)

Mark Wilson apparently works at all of these companies and calls himself the "Head of Legal Affairs and Legal Officer". He seems to be the only one that works for the Legal Affairs team at these companies as I've never seen anyone else's name in any of the emails. These so called "Legal Advisors" have either created a fake name or is impersonating an actual lawyer. Stay FAR AWAY from these companies! They are scammers!!

Update as of September 10th 2026 at 11:41am CST. I have received a call from either Pixelslogo, or Logozones, not sure which because "Mark" refused to provide that answer. In the call, he started begging me to take down my previous review in exchange for the closure of my "account" and will auction off the logo because I quote on quote "Am hurting his business with my review". He then stated that if I refuse to take down my review, he will file a lawsuit against me. I refused to take down my review to make sure that nobody has to deal with these people and their scare tactics. I will be filling reports for deceptive or coercive business practices online with the FTC and will be contacting my State Attorney General to file a report with them as well.

Logo Zones, where do I even begin? Let's start with the "stellar" performance of their paralegal, Mark Wilson (100% fake name) a paralegal at Logo Zones (200% fake occupation). Two years after I hired Logo Zones to design a logo for my LLC, I received an email from Mark Wilson, claiming that other individuals were trying to register copyrights for the same logo. A screenshot of an alleged application from the US Copyright Office followed, and boy, IT WAS FAKER THAN A THREE_DOLLAR BILL. I started ignoring his calls and follow up emails.

But frauds are relentless. He finally had me pick up his call. I said "dude you are not legitimate" and Trust me he was pissed off lol. The FAKEST FACELESS PARALEGAL MARK WILSON was pissed off. Profanity and all. Classy, right? He didn't stop there...he even texted me "M.F".

Fast forward to three months later, call from another member of the Logo Zones circus, feeding me the lines about Mark Wilson's sudden termination (convenient, huh?) becoz of mouthing profanities. Lol his script was so terrible.

So, to sum it up: Logo Zones is a cesspool of aggressive, deceitful, and downright incompetent individuals. If you enjoy being harassed, lied to, and swindled out of your hard-earned cash, then by all means, give them a call. But if you have an ounce of common sense, steer clear of these crooks. And to Logo Zones, if you're reading this: may your business burn to the ground under the weight of the negative reviews you so rightfully deserve.

a bunch of theifs. over charged. logo is flat looks like crap. i gave my honest review and it was negative, the supervisor contacted me and tried to bribe me with making my logo animated if i would change my review to a positive one. LMAO no way bud. ADAN JADOON is a p.o.s. i would give them less then 1 star if i could. i never used their artwork and they call me 2024 when i purchased logo in 2021, trying to get money from me for copywrite talking about some one using my business name in amazon and walmart marketplace. i asked if they could provide those documents to me they said yes but never did. FUNNY cause how would my business name come across their alerts when i did nothing with them connected to my business name? lol scam much ?

They took deposits for an app game then suddenly everyone affiliated had family issues and weren’t here anymore.

Made a website for me. Looked good. Earned my trust. Took my money then shut down my website and claimed it was using too much bandwidth after 8 months of a 3 year agreement

Run far from them mad minds creative and any other shell company they work as. Do your research. If they are using the same address they are thieves

They don't care to improve. I was 'tricked' in to getting the $ 244 package even though I said I only needed a professional logo that I could chnge size and color to. Yes I was stupid.....They gave me a picture that was on shutterstock.....that I could have used myself for no charge. I complained and they told me they had the 8 best designers on it and that's what I am paying for. I said I wanted my money back....they said no....I said I will downgrade the package to the $ 99 package that was actually more than enough for me...again no...so I contacted my bank and a dispute was filed. It took so several months and then was declined because some of the conversations were done over the phone, so no proof....I got a phonecall from them and week later messaged them....3 times , no answer, so I called. WELL, I said I know it's been a long time, I had a death in the family, went home, couldn't deal with these people....they kept repeating, well HON, it's been to long....you want to change the design , we can do it but we will charge you again. He kept arguing , not listening to me, and bottom line...HON, we will charge agian....too long time has passed. SO , I AM OUT OF 244 DOLLARS, I HAVE NO DESIGN, NO ONE CAN HELP ME, I NEVER SIGNED OFF ON THE DESIGN THEY MADE......SO PLEASE DO NOT!!!!! USE THESE PEOPLE.They simply don't care. I see here that many people lost more money than me.....but still........I didn't have that money to lose.

Logozone did not finish the services i contracted. They did not complete the website or the animation videos. They would not turn over the files to my content. After two different reps left the company and left my account unattended, logozone closed it. To reopen wanted to charge another $1300. This feels very unfair and non-customer friendly.

Had a very pathetic experience. Won't ever approach and recommend anyone. Worst of all.

Back in January 2022 I gave Logo Zones a 5 star rating for the work they did creating my logo and website. Since that time I have run into several difficulties in working with them (Jes). Initially, Jes was very responsive in making updates (there haven't been many requested by me). In June, my customers began telling me that they were not able to checkout on my website. I contacted Jes who told me that was the result of an ADA change that was Federally required. I authorized him to make the update which was an additional $450. He told me that if I didn't make the update, my website would be brought down. No advance notice of this requirement was provided and when I asked why he said there are too many customers to notify and they were making their way through the list - unacceptable! Then not too long after, my customers were reporting an error when accessing my site - apparently my site's SSL certificate needed to be "upgraded" according to Jes. Again, he wanted to charge me $450 to make an upgrade. I asked for more detail of the change and specifically why the certificate I had currently had expired. He called me to explain however, it made no sense to me. He was talking over me and repeating the same thing over again. I told him I needed to do some research to understand what he was talking about and I then emailed him the following day asking specific questions - what exactly had caused my certificate to no longer be valid and what exactly he was upgrading from and to.
He refused to put any information in writing and basically told me to "never mind". I was later told that my problem could happen if they were using a server level certificate and not a domain-specific one. Could they be trying to cut cost by sharing certificates across multiple domains on their hosting servers? Maybe. So now I am out about $2000 between the one-year hosting and maintenance contract and the ADA update - not including the initial cost to develop the website. I have little to no support from this company in the past 2 months. Follow ups and requests go largely unanswered.

I had a positive experience with Logo Zones. Shane Stanwyck was very helpful and patient with me.

Happy with the website they were able to create for my business. It took much longer than initially planned, but turned out good overall.

I would give them less if I could! I spent 4000.00 Shazam never delivered 1/2 of the job! Excuses after excuses. They promised me my products that I order, tablecloth and banner, almost a year ago plus a refund of $917 for all of my inconvenience they never finished my website they never finished my business cards they never finished anything and try to get in touch with them after they take all your money I have tried numerous times dozens and Dozens of texts and emails and nothing every time I get a manager they tell me they’re going to solve my problems and help me and then they never called me back. I have so many emails and so many texts and no one ever follow through I spoke with someone the other day named Shan at extension 305 never called me back, every time I try to call them their telephone numbers have changed Shazam has never been found again and his counterpart Ijlal Said he was going to correct it and he never did. I reached out so many times I can’t even tell you they are going to take your money and not complete the job, it’s really quite shameful because what they did do was very good work! They sure take your money right away!

I’ll admit I was worried when I first signed up for this but my project coordinator handled everything like a pro and the designs I received were top notch, as good as a logo gets. My animated version was even better if that’s possible. I highly recommend this company . Thank you, Amy, for giving me a top quality product. -Joel

I have been working with Shaham and Logo Zones for about a year now. They helped design and build a beautiful website for my small company as well as designed business cards and a brochure. Shaham is always particularly helpful. He always listens to me carefully and implements any change I want and usually within the same day the request is made. It's been a while that I have been working with this company and overall experience has been just really amazing, we started off with the logo and then a website and now we are doing the marketing for the website we created. Account manager was really helpful and full of ideas throughout the whole process.

It's been 3 months I am with them and hoping for a long term business relation, if you are looking for a digital solution for your business this will be the right place to go.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I was talked out of a Shopify store back in May of this year. IJ reassured me that the website they created would be generating income by July. I paid $10,000 for them to build this website and they have told me numerous times that they are driving traffic and continuously tell me that I will see sales soon, which to date, I have not had one sale! To add insult to injury, I have left numerous messages and have not received a call back in three weeks. I am constantly assured that I will see results, that I will get a phone call, that I will get an update...and nothing happens. At one time, the only time I spoke with anyone was when I called to ask that someone get back to me and give me an update on what I feel is a WASTE of $10,000. It is beyond unprofessional to have your calls and messages ignored! I was told that they would remain on this project until January. It is now December and I have not heard anything in a month and no one will call me back. I am disgusted with the empty promises that were made to me. I paid a lot of money for this site to be built and I would not have done it, if not for the promises of everyone I have spoken to there who have reassured me not to worry! It is now December and I am completely being ignored so I can only be left to assume that they have abandoned me and this website that I trusted them, based on their promises, to be built and generating income (according to them, income would be generating months ago!) I am not happy at all with the work they did or the promises they made!

This company did a wonderful job. They were quick and very professional.

I needed a website redone for my church and Logozone did a great job. Even though it took a while they made sure it was done to my satisfaction. I would use them in the future.
