Great company to deal with very helpul. Cabin was a very high standard....love it

I needed a new workshop to replace a 30 year old shed. Having dealt with Logspan in the past, I placed an order for a 5m x 3m workshop. Once manufactured, the friendly and highly efficient Logspan team delivered and installed it, within the same day. It's rock solid and I'm very pleased with it. Having 2 Logspan buildings now, I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a well constructed out building for the long term.

Product excellent once constructed.
All parts present and correct, but paperwork could have been better written and detailed, and additional parts and fixings and purposes were not listed or described.
Correct installation of roof shingles supplied separately via email.
Would suggest that the plan drawings and parts listing and descriptions were improved and better integrated to create a perfect package, an reduce or eliminate frequent ‘after delivery’ communication with the supplier.

Extremely high quality BBQ hut at a good price. Delays to receiving the BBQ fire due to Covid but quickly resolved once restrictions eased. Would certainly recommend Logspan, which I have already.

My modified Milan + shed was delivered later than the original delivery date due to Covid lockdown and when it arrived there was slight damage to some of the components, but there were enough extra spare pieces to allow total construction.
Erected on a prepared concrete base and made wind and watertight in two days with help from my two sons.
Easy to build and cannot fault the quality.
Having worked in the building trade all my working life I could make a couple of suggestions which would improve the total product and help in the erection process, but otherwise happy with my purchase.

Great service , managed to get a cancellation slot and the guys did a great installation job. Only down side was not removing the spoil from the base works, but don’t think that was in the specification. Very pleased with the product price and service. Now have a great home garden office.

Great family business, faultless install and after sales support. Our Finman BBQ hut was the best (albeit compulsive) purchase we have ever made!!!

Very professional and helpful.

We bought a corner summerhouse. 1st class product and excellent quality from 1st class company. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Assembly definitely a 2 person job and not for the faint hearted but definitely worth all the effort. We just LOVE our new summerhouse, and as we got power fitted, we can use all year round. Definitely recommend both products and company

Cannot fault Logspan.Quality of Cabin is amazing and the build only took 5 hours. Everything from delivery and build went to plan .Really enjoyed any communication I had during visits to site and over the phone, very relaxed and friendly. Looking forward to spending time in the Cabin.

The product 100% delivery 100% my 1 big issue was they gave me the wrong floor plan meaning I had to break up all the concrete floor & rejig the utility work. This caused extra 2 days on build, Logspan said don’t worry we will sort it out what the meant was I would have to sort it out at my cost. They offered no compensation for there error completely ignored my email. The product itself is faultless just be aware of there competence and there paperwork. We are in a prime position where we live and everyone love the design.

Although I changed my mind on the design a couple of times Gary could not have been more helpful.great quality and we are thoroughly enjoying spending our time in it.

Logspan are a great provider of log cabins, BBQ Huts etc etc , I have always admired their show site when passing and when I decided I wanted to purchase my bbq hut I was not disappointed, from the sale through to the delivery and building of it was fantastic absolutely no faults at all , I would recommend Logspan and their products.
