Excellent experience from start to finish
Excellent experience from start to finish. I ordered the BBQ hut without the BBQ and centre chimney and converted it into a garden office. I have is exactly what I wanted. The team started at 7am, we're finished by midday and popped back the next day. Excellent service. 9 months after installation I had a cracked window. This was replaced with no charge. Great company, customer service and products.

Winter build
I disliked the build being undertaken during possibly the wettest day of the year and then being told treatment had to be done within 2weeks or guarantee may not be honoured. This was in mid December 2021 very wet and little light!
Adjustments were needed during next period which were done .

Superb Business to deal with
From start to finish the Staff at Logspan were always willing to answer questions. They even organised a site visit to ensure that the "house" we were ordering was suitable and would fit in our garden. They kept us up to date regarding delivery times. The installation team were superb and made sure that where they were putting the base was where we wanted it. They worked very hard and the whole installation went very smoothly. They were very tidy and polite as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Logspan.

Myself and my wife wanted to upgrade…
Myself and my wife wanted to upgrade our outside living with a hotsprings hot tub and was advised by Gail to go to Logspan as thy were top quality cabins.
We went along told them our sizes and what we were looking for and was given a large choice of cabins.
Decided on cabin and have now had it over a year and if fantastic.Logspan came out to give cabin a health check advised on treatments and colours to protect all wood.
Logspan have been awarded five stars but really should be Ten stars.
We can’t praise Logspan enough first class cabins

Bought my Sumer house from logspan and could not fault them from the moment I contacted them till the moment it was built, even if I had any issues it was never a problem and everything was sorted straight away.

When the chimney topper of my Logspan grill house, located in a windswept coastal site, was blown off in s storm, Logspan provided a replacement free of charge. Fantastic service. Thanks.

Great pre sales and build
Great pre sales and patience over the months it took to get planning permission as we are in a conservation area.
The team built the bbq hut in a morning and did not leave any mess, fantastic work.
We love the hut and bbq all year round!

Great workmen
Logspan delivered when they said ,the workmen were polish and fantastic workers They built the shed which was 4mtr x 3 mtr Double glazed with a Firestone rubber roof in 6 hours no mess and would highly recommend them.

Excellent product
Friendly sales people at Highland Show. Delivery came earlier than planned so good start. Delivery driver dropped everything off proficiently and gave us a some good tips on the construction. We decided to build the BBQ house by ourselves. No joinery experience and just the plans and photos supplied (Not completely step by step - you need to think sometimes before each step) After 5 weeks in our spare time we got it all built and we are delighted with it. All the parts were there and plenty of nails, screws supplied. Just had to buy and treat with wood preserve, insect repellent as soon as we got it before starting. Our marriage survived the build. It is very secure and insulated. We bought the cushions which are well made and fit perfectly. Anytime we phoned logspan they were very helpful
