I would not recommend this service to anyone based on my extremely frustrating experience. I paid for lessons that were scheduled but never took place. Despite multiple cancellations, I did not receive any communication regarding rescheduling, credits, or next steps, even after multiple follow-ups.

Most importantly, the tutor I was working with became completely unresponsive and unreliable. Despite promises to catch up on missed lessons, all communication stopped without explanation. This lack of follow-up was extremely unprofessional. The customer service was also non-existent, leaving me to figure out what happened to the sessions I had already paid for.

Additionally, I noticed that my credit card was attempted to be charged again, which is very concerning. I am unsure how my payment details are still being used, especially after the lack of services provided. It appears that the same individual is offering services on other platforms as well, which only adds to my concerns about their business practices.

I am deeply disappointed by this service, and I highly recommend avoiding them.

Irresponsive Tutor and app support team.
We have paid 120 euro for a couple of French classes and the tutor is not responded yet since 3 weeks and the support team also not responsive, even sent a mail to the LogSpeak support team..no response yet..not sure if there any other way to contact them or to get my money refund back

Terrible experience with this company. They are certainly not a trustable option for learning languages as they seem to be unable to put in practice their very nicely written but merely theoretical policies especially as far as the rights of consumers are concerned.
After having booked a couple packages of 4 lessons (in which one of course pays money in advance for lessons that will get delivered in the hopefully near future), and following a series of no-shows on their tutor side for the agreed dates/lesson, I’ve asked for a refund or change of tutor for the lessons that were not delivered and all I got from the company was complete silence.
I would expect the company to have replied promptly and sort it out without any hassle but no, they seem to have chosen to simply keep the money and loose a client. I would definitely look for a more professional and reliable company to learn languages.
