Liza was instrumental in helping me set up my holiday apartment for tourist rentals. Her extensive knowledge of the hospitality market in Zell am See / Kaprun enabled her to determine the optimal price to ask for each week. This information was extremely useful in setting up the different booking platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Micazu, FeWo direct, and Atraveo. Liza also recommended that I use a Channel Manager platform to centrally manage all these booking platforms. She set up the central platform with catchy texts in four different languages and wrote templates for automatically generated emails that guests would receive pre-, during-, and post-stay. This way, I only need to answer questions in case guests message me. All other activities are automatically done. Additionally, Liza created a guest book to be printed out and put in a file in addition to attaching it in one of the automatically generated emails. The guest book contains information about the apartment and the environment. I recently welcomed my first guests and they have just provided me with a 5-star review on Airbnb, highlighting communication, clear instructions, and recommendations on activities in the environment! Without the help of Liza I would never have been able to provide this level of service within such a short period of time.
