I had a payment waiting from Lokal Energi for period 01-02-2022 - 01-09-2022 even i've change electricity supplier from from 1st. of June. First i've sent an email,and after few days i've call them to sort things.
After 30 min of waiting at the phone,i've spoke with someone and i explained it that i should be charged only until 31.05.22,because after that day i'm not longer their costumer.The answer was to cancel the waiting payment,and that i will receive an email until the end of the week.
The week has end,and i still not received right bill from them.
Unfortunately the costumer service is very poor and slow.
