Absolute scammers!

Absolute scammers! I placed an order a month ago for a blanket. They marked my order as "shipped" two weeks later and sent a tracking number. However, the order has never actually shipped. When I contact customer service I'm given the runaround and told they are experience extreme delays in shipping. So I asked for a refund because the product has not actually shipped. They said my order is "too far along in the process to make a refund." BUT IT HASN'T BEEN SHIPPED. The email responses are all exactly the same, form letters, that don't actually address the issue. Avoid this place!!!!
