Great Leggings, Poor Customer Service

I'm compelled to share my frustrating experience with Lola Getts. After purchasing several sale items at the end of summer and returning from a holiday, I realized my orders were missing. Despite payment being processed, my items were not delivered.
Attempts to contact the company were futile; my emails were blocked, and other attempts from different accounts were also bounced back. Frustrated, I turned to PayPal and my bank for assistance. After escalating the issue due to the owner's lack of response, I finally received confirmation that my refund is on the way.
This experience is unacceptable, especially since I genuinely liked their leggings. I advise potential customers to think carefully before ordering from Lola Getts.

The leggings run big. I found this out because I received a style box with their leggings in them, and they were too big. So, when they say size 3X fits like a 22/24, it really fits like a size 26/28 or 4X. Thankfully, I was able to speak with someone in customer service who was able to change my leggings before they were shipped. I was actually shocked that an actual person got back to me!
The leggings fit like butter, and stayed where they were supposed to. My only issue with the leggings are that I wish they can in more interesting colors, textures, and prints. Many of the leggings seem muted, but I like loud colors so it may just be my taste.
