I got a discount code 10% on my first…

I got a discount code 10% on my first purchase as a new customer and I decided to shop 2 items because the price was attractive. I was paying with my bank card but after I put my card nr and approved the purchase in my bank app with a personal code the payment website "froze". Because no money reservation was made and no email from Lolahome I tried to do it again. And it was the same problem with the payment 6 times! The welcome code stopped working but I decided to try again, I didn't think that the 7th time it would work either but suddenly it did! I contacted the customer service and told them about the payment problem. You can see all these "purchases" that are not paid on my shop account. The customer service still refused to credit me the amount of discount I missed because of their payment system not working properly. Explanation? "We are not going to make you a refund because we already got your money and you can use your code next time" 😮 I told them the code stopped working before I made my first purchase. They had a chance to get a new loyal customer but because of their badly working payment service and the customer service that is too greedy it will not be "next purchase"

UPDATE: the greedy customer service decided to not send me the order I paid for at all! (They have said 2 days earlier that my order WAS sent). Instead of giving a discount  (they promised to all new customers) and show "good will" to a person who made an effort to pay for the order 7 times they decided to not send anything at all after a bad review! Wasted a week of my time. And the payment problem was not even my fault or my bank's fault.
What a bad damage control! I have now bought my bamboo carpets from a Portuguese company Bcoutos.pt. They sent it fast and I will continue to buy the bamboo carpets from them.

Delivery was much faster than expected…

Delivery was much faster than expected and product quality is also better than I anticipated.

I definitely will want to order from Lola home again.

I wish only the offering was more modern and up to date with current design and interior trends.

I bought a parasol and stand 3 weeks…

I bought a parasol and stand 3 weeks ago. When it eventually arrived it had a part missing. Trying to return for refund but couriers Lola Home use are hopeless. They don’t turn up or phone. The useless parasol still not collected and obviously no refund.
