I ordered shoes on 23 May, and I still haven't received the item.

Abysmal service as third party seller/foundation brands via Superdrug.
Purchased eyeshadow described as "beige", what arrived was a yellowy/orange shade, contacted the Co and the reply I received told me I was wrong, the item was beige, I have the item in front of me now and it bears absolutely zero resemblance to any shade of beige, the tone of the response, which only arrived almost a week after I had sent my enquiry, was both extremely rude and accusatory, I replied asking how they could blatantly contradict a customer without even considering that the wrong item could have been sent, that was over a week ago and unsurprisingly they have not replied, zero customer service and zero courtesy and respect, avoid this Co.

Swift delivery and great mascara I would order again from this company

This is my second online purchase from LOLA. Excellent lipstick and gloss - good pigment colours, texture and very good price range. Recommended again.

Brilliant and fast service from ordering to delivery.

The quality of the cream concealers is perfect.

The single eyeshadows (satin finish) are long lasting and easy to apply and build up, if necessary.

Really swift, easy transaction. Lovely products. The lipstick is soft, nourishing and a great colour. One small complaint is that the lipstick sinks back into the casing when applying. A great company to deal with. Thank you xx

I ordered a lipstick from Lola which was supposedly dispatched on November 23rd. It still has not arrived despite me emailing Lola to complain. it is now December 12th. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I was initially sent the wrong items, however, being able to speak to someone who immediately sorted the problem out was invaluable and the right order was dispatched straight away.

Love the products - especially the single eyeshadows. Great, silky texture, lovely colours, and stay on well without creasing.

Great service too.
