Faulty item and poor customer service

I received a dress with visible fabric faults (laddering), which significantly affects the quality and appearance of the item.

I contacted the company immediately on Saturday and followed up multiple times via email and Instagram. I was finally told on Wednesday via instagram that I would receive a response that same day via email, but it is now Friday and I have still not received any update.

This has been particularly frustrating as I explained that I am going on holiday next week and needed an urgent resolution, either a replacement or a refund. Despite making this clear, there has been no follow-through or communication.

Very disappointing experience — both in terms of product quality and customer service. I would not recommend based on this experience.

They break all online trading standards my items were returned over a month again and they completely ignored me

As previously mentioned, we have taken over and initiated the investigation of the dispute. We contacted the merchant regarding your return request and as we have not received a response from them the dispute was closed in your favor. The statement has been reversed and the invoice is no longer active.

I’ve have ordered twice from Lola Rae and loved both items that I received lovely compliments on! One dress I thought I wanted to return as I didn’t think it suited me but swayed by friends I kept it (glad I did) so I had emailed to request a return. Although I didn’t go through with the return their response via email was quick and lovely customer service. Great quality pieces too so will continue to order with them :)
