Cake was great

Absolutely amazing dinosaur cake! 🦖🎂 It looked incredible and tasted just as good. Everyone loved it and it was perfect for my son’s birthday. Beautifully made and such lovely service too. Would definitely recommend Lotus Cupcakes and will be ordering again! ❤️

Cake was delicious and good looking too, was delivered carefully. Loved the chocolate layering inside. Icing could be a bit less sweet and thick but Im not an expert so I leave that to the artist. Thank you, made our day.

I needed a carrot cake for a 70th birthday at short notice, all other local bakers let me down. I remembered lolas cupcakes delicious cakes and won't dissapoint. I did have to decorate it a bit to make it look like a celebration cake, but that was easily done. The cake was collected from Bluewater with no issues and devoured within minutes, so soft and delicious. The icing was perfect, complemented the cake beautifully, not too sweet. I would definitely order again.

The cake was quite nice. Really yummy I think everyone enjoyed it.
Staff were professional and friendly. Ordered a couple of times and will keep coming back.

Process of purchase and collection was well communicated and the cake was well presented and delicious, great experience all around.

We purchased a cupcake, but unfortunately the cake was stale and inedible. We approached the sales assistant to raise our concerns, but her response was extremely disappointing. She stated that the product had been made that morning and that there was nothing she could do about it.

I requested an exchange, but the assistant was not helpful and did not make any effort to resolve the issue. This resulted in a very disappointing experience for both my husband and me. We expected better customer service and a willingness to address a genuine concern with the quality of the product. Bluewater

The wife and i have used Lola's on many occasions, and pick up items from Bluewater. They've always arrived on time, and staff at Bluewater been great at checking based on when it will get consumed, how to store it etc.
On this occasion, the new Mango flavoured cake was a huge hit.

The cake’s presentation and taste was excellent and medium was more than big enough for 4 people. It was ready to pick up surprisingly quickly. It kept really well in the fridge.

Great tasting cup cakes and brownies. Bought a birthday cake bonoffe. It was delicious. Beautiful taste and so fresh. Brilliant.

The cake was good quality for the price, the sponge was moist and tasty! Decorated lovely and it tasted and good as it looked and smelled!
