Excellent service, packaging and presentation. Authentic quality in taste as a carrot cake. Sustainability and longevity of cake, maintaining its freshness. Succulent to taste, with the accompaniment of the cream. Overall a delightful experience of eating, a carrot cake.

Doesn’t taste anything like the cupcakes. Just as well I didn’t purchase it myself as it was a free birthday cake. Disappointed

I am impressed by the dedication of the team and the customer support who still managed to deliver my cake while the whole shopping centre was evacuated over a suspicious package.
I and two kids came to the Glades today to pick my son’s birthday cake, but the shopping centre was closed and all the employees and customers were outside. The fire alarm kept ringing and everyone was waiting for an evacuation team to sort things out. In the middle of this chaos Lola’s cupcakes customer service team gave me a call and said that the cake is outside waiting for me in a delivery van. We spent up to an hour to locate each other with the support of the customer service team. But we got our cake and my son will have an amazing birthday. A big thanks to the customer support team and everyone else for such an amazing service.

You make the best Red velvet cakes and cupcakes. The texture and sweetness is just right. I’ve tried others but Lola’s is the best! Customer service is helpful, and the ordering process was so easy.

It was easy to order the Gluten Free birthday cake online. Picked up day before travelling. It had a lovely taste and was very moist.
