The gluten-free cake was soft and moist and very chocolatey. Ordering online was not too hard and the collection was efficient.

The staff at Lola’s Selfridges Birmingham are terrible. From first interaction too inquiring about ingredients the guy who served me was just rude dismissive and I felt like an inconvenience. I have had similar experiences at this Birmingham based Lola’s throughout the year. It was Never ever like this just so gutted how customer service can ruin your whole experience off wanting too go back and purchase. The staff are rude have attitude and you are made too feel rushed when picking out what cake or cupcakes you want too purchase. Thumbs downs. There needs too be some serious staff training or someone from the company come do an inspection

The birthday cake that was ordered was a bit hard and didn't have that soft texture as before; I was disappointed. However, the Oreos were very tasty.

The cake was amazing. My step son's favourite and worth every penny. Delivery was fast, good communication and arrived beautifully boxed. Second time we have ordered this cake and it was just as amazing and delicious as the first. We will be using Lola's again. 100% recommend them. They are worth every penny!

I’ve been an Elite member with Lola’s and mostly order online. I love how easy and convenient it is to browse and place an order, especially when I need a cake for a special occasion. 🎂💕 There’s always a lovely selection to choose from, and the Elite perks are a nice bonus. Overall, I’ve had a good experience ordering online with Lola’s.

My wedding, all staff were kind and helpful and cake was very well packaged. Cake was amazing and very moist and delicious. All guests enjoyed the cake and commented on how delicious it was.

We have purchased Lola’s cakes in the past, they have gone down a treat, how ever this particular cake was alittle disappointing. It was extremely sickly and no one was able to finish their slice. Too rich and not liked by a wide range of chocolate lovers.

The quality remains as excellent and fresh as ever, and I have been a loyal customer of Lola's Cupcakes for many years. I recently purchased a birthday cake for my son's 15th birthday; he is a great fan of carrot cake, and I believe Lola's makes the best version available. Many guests inquired about where I had purchased the cake and expressed an intention to order from Lola's themselves. I also appreciate the new ability to collect my orders from a refrigerated locker pick up point. This service saves me both time and money, and it spares me from traveling into Birmingham city centre, which I have always found to be overwhelming due to the busy crowdand traffic. This is a wonderful idea by Lola's.

I always use the online ordering and the delivery service that Lola’s - so easy to use - you choose the date of delivery and on the day are given a time slot - the delivery drivers are always friendly and I have never been let down with the service - I chose the red velvet cake which was moist and delicious as always - I loved the added flap to the packaging which made getting the cake out of its box so much easier
