Really cool shoes and polo shirts!

I ordered two pair of shoes, one pair of tropical men's dress shoes and one pair of closed sandals both which were sandal-wood colored that you CANNOT FIND or GET IN THE U.S. It took about 5 wks to get them but I was not in a hurry. They WERE BEAUTIFUL! I get compliments all the time on both the sandals and dress shoes. You can't buy these kinds of designs and colors in the U.S. for the prices you can buy them from this source. I've also ordered some cool polo shirts in colors and designs you cannot find/get here in the U.S. Thank you, LolaShoetique - love your colors and designs!

I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent…

I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent the wrong size. They will not credit me or send me the correct size. I have emailed and they told me they would give me 15 % of my purchase. After the 5 email their response was “
Dear customer,
We are sorry for the issue“

This is unacceptable !!

The shoes were terrible quality

The shoes were terrible quality. I was always skeptical about ordering from them since they don’t have the option to leave reviews, which is usually for a reason. Don’t order from them, it’s better to invest in a good pair of shoes that will last than these pieces of cardboard. Not to mention their return policy is stupid and their shoes are overpriced. Don’t waste your time on this trash.

I ordered my shoes on September 3rd

I ordered my shoes on September 3rd , I’ve just received them . Not only did they come late as hell, I’m missing a pair of shoes ! It’s my birthday tomorrow and that’s just extra money out of pocket to spend on other shoes to wear when I’ve already purchased the shoes that were suppose to be here on the 8th/9th/10th it literally changed each day smh . Like I know COVID is here and all but damn . That’s wild ! Like I literally feel like my birthday is ruined because of the stress to find and spend money on yet another pair of shoes . The customer service lady was soooo nonchalant like she didn’t give a damn. I’m so over it. If you need something from here don’t order 2weeks in advance , just order a month from now because I’m really about to cry y’all. Like I can’t even .

Size Up

They aren't true to size. My first time ordering I ordered a size 9 which is my normal shoe size and a 10. The size 10 fit like a 9 and the size 9 fit like an 8. Second go round I ordered all size 10 and the fit was perfect. So remember to go up a size from your normal shoe size. I haven't had the shoes long so I'm not quite sure about the quality so I'll keep yall posted

Items never shipped

I placed my order on 5/16/2020 which was a Saturday. Their policy is that they do not ship over the weekend and the order will be shipped the following business day. Cool. But, my order SUPPOSEDLY was shipped on 5/19/2020 which was a Tuesday. Following business day is Monday. I went to the carrier they use(Ontrack) to track my package. On the shipping carrier’s website, the status says they never received my package to be shipped and only shipping info. So I wait a few days and the status is still the same. No package received from Lola. I called Ontrack and spoke to a live person and Lola still has not sent them the shoes to be shipped. I chose ground shipping 1-6 business days. Today is 5/27/2020 and 1-6 business days should be 5/28/2020. I emailed a rep and was told an investigation will take 1-5 days. I don’t don’t I will receive my shoes on time. I needed the shoes for my birthday and I am upset and want a refund.

Underrated!

I had an order come in the right size but they didn’t fit me. I sent them back and received an email immediately! They worked with me and even gave me a gift card with extra for shipping because they didn’t have the size I needed. This is how you run a company!

Horrible customer service

Miss Lola’s customer service is horrible and beyond unacceptable. I ordered a pair of boots and paid an additional $20 for 2 day express shipping. Later that day, after placing the order, I received an email asking why I was having the order shipped to a different address than my billing address. I responded immediately to ensure that the boots would still arrive on time. Two days later (on the day the boots were expected to arrive for an event) I received an email stating that the boots would not arrive on time and the order would be cancelled!! They also stated that I would receive a refund within 24-48 hours. Three days later I emailed them asking where my refund was, and they said it takes up to an additional 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in my account. Wow!! I am just receiving a refund today for an item I purchased 8 days ago. I’ll never order from here again and i’ll be sure to spread the word!!

Poor Quality

I bought a pair of cutie booties!!! Size fit perfect and everything! BUT not even a month after having these shoes and wearing them to my job AT A BANK! It was embarrassing to say the least that even though their shoes are cute. They are HORRIBLE quality! I was walking my customer to the door after our interaction and as I lifted my foot in walking my heel broke off!!! Just a clean break! All the customers were staring and I was BEYOND EMBARRASSED! I had to walk back to my desk limping! And then had to put my sandals on!! Definitely do not recommend!

I placed my order 12/14/18 and the money was taken from my account on December 16 Several calls were made to ensure the shoes would arrive for my four bridesmaids before my 12/28/19 garden wedding. On January 9, 2030, I received an email telling me my order has been cancelled, Now today, 1/10/20, I receive another email saying I must wait another 5 days to get my money back. AWFUL customer service

BEWARE OF MISSLOLA RETURN POLICY!

This company has definitely lost a loyal customer for good! To not give someone a refund based on them using a discount code is utterly ridiculous! Just give me my damn money regardless of what discount code I used! I paid $50 for my order and you’re telling me I can only get a credit for it? NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER AGAIN will I give this company anymore of my time, and or hard earned money!

Beware of their shady return policy before ordering online. Any business that refuses refunds for any reason shouldn't be trusted. The shoes I ordered were incredibly small and were in no way my size but according to their stupid "policy" I can't get my money back. And why would I want store credit if I now know I won't be shopping here anymore? Trash. Don't give this company any of your hard earned money.

Gorgeous!!

Just got my heels and they are absolutely gorgeous! They look beautiful on and fit perfectly. The heel is a little high but nothing I can’t handle! I’ve ordered a few pairs of heels, wedges and boots from Miss Lola and I only had to return one pair. I’m seeing some of these other reviews about the product looking cheap and how the return policy isn’t good. All I can say is your buying shoes off of a website that pops up as an ad on ur IG feed, I mean c’mon it’s a risk and for me it’s paid off and then some!! I hope to keep loving all my future orders!

I'm about to purchase 24 pairs of shoes…

I'm about to purchase 24 pairs of shoes for my dance group and I'm so afraid that the shoes will arrive incorrectly or I'll need to exchange sizes, and I'll be slapped with a very painful task at hand. Thanks for all the reviews I'll go elsewhere I think!

DO NOT order from this site!

DO NOT order from this site!! BUYER BEWARE!! Their sizes are not true to size & poor quality...when you want to ship back it’s at YOUR expense and they will either give you store credit (which you don’t want) and then if you call for a refund they charge you a 15% restocking fee!!

Cute Shoes But Not Worth It

I ordered a size 9 in a heel. They sent me a 6. I said to myself okay it was clearly a mistake. I emailed them, sent them proof and pictures about how this couldn’t be a 9. I even had a coworker who was actually a 6 tru them on. They insisted that it was a 9 anyway. I just kindly returned them, they have horrible customer service.

Ordered once and sadly never again!

I was really excited about this company but will not shop again! I ordered 2 pairs of sandals, one of which fit and the other didn’t (my heel is hanging off the back and that’s because I sized half a size up). I used a discount code for 25% which I thought was cool that they always have codes you can use for $$ off. Well I wanted to return the shoe that didn’t fit but I paid with Afterpay and didn’t know how that worked. So I emailed customer service and Francisco was very prompt in his response. Told me that because I used a code I could only get store credit and that I would have to pay for my own shipping label (which I’ve never known a company to do that). It will cost me about $15 just for a label and then my sandals after discount were about $23 so that’s $38 that I will not be getting back just for a credit of $23 for what? Just so the same thing can happen again? No I won’t be taking my chances sorry. Going to sell my shoes on the side to make my money back and never taking the risk again.
