Scam or bad customer service?

I don't know if this is a scam or if their customer service is just terrible. I paid for an account and then nothing arrived. So I thought it might have been a billing issue so I paid again. My card double charged for $130 cause I bought a bronze account twice and still no account information has arrived. I emailed both customer service emails and no response yet. Don't recommend.

Took some time but it's fine

I did not received what I paid for. No login informations in the following mail and no one answer to me (mail or discord).
Care and dont fall for it.
I will edit if I have what I paid for.

EDIT It took a week but I finally got it. Not ranking 5 ⭐ because of poor communication but account is fine, patience is key.
