Well the delivery is Instant and very trustworthy so no problems with that. I just had the wrong password and had to wait to get the right password to be able to play. And even then, couldn't do ranked games immediately as you have to do 10 normal games. Before you could just buy and go ranked

Strong customer service. good response time. fair treatment
The account username is just random letters. The account had like virtually no essence like it was supposed to, then it had a very bad AFK ban of 15 minutes lock out.
EDIT: I change my stance I was not aware that their customer service is really good, i have spoken to a rep, they apologized and were more than fair with me. I appreciate this, I will use this website more, I did not know that simply by letting them know the details of the account right away that they will replace it.
