Item disappeared immediately – misleading delivery
My son purchased a Roblox item from this site. The seller joined his private server (not a public server) to deliver the item.
After the item was given, my son briefly left and rejoined the same private server, and the item had completely disappeared.
No public server was involved at any point, so the explanation that another player may have taken the item is incorrect.
Customer support refused to resolve the issue and stated the order was completed, even though the item was not permanent and vanished immediately after reconnecting.
Buyers should be cautious, as there appears to be no protection if the item disappears after delivery.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few important points to avoid misunderstandings:
1. In‑game items do not disappear on their own.
The only way an item can be lost is if it is taken by another player in a public server.
2. We never deliver items in public servers.
All orders are processed only in our temporary private server, which is created specifically for each delivery. After the order is completed, the temporary server is automatically closed and no longer exists. This information is clearly stated on our item page.
3. The order was fully completed.
We reviewed the saved delivery video, and it shows the item being successfully delivered with no issues.
4. Returning to the temporary server after completion is unnecessary.
Once the order is completed and the server closes, rejoining it is not possible. We are unsure why the buyer attempted to return, as the delivery was already finished.
We always aim to provide a smooth and secure delivery experience, and we encourage buyers to carefully read the instructions on our item page before placing an order.
