The sink is beautiful and suits perfect. It was easy to install and works perfect. The sink came home a little bit later than we expected.

I received the order in time, in perfect condition and best shape. It was a mirror so very fragile, however very good delivery. I haven't hang it yet, but the product is of an amazing quality.

I did have damage to one of the two mirrors, I contacted them and they responded very quickly and came up with a suitable solution.

I really like the mirror, it has all the needed options and looks very stylish. However, my mirror arrived with damage - there is a dark line inside the glass.
I didn't file for a return, though, because it's very hard to bring a huge mirror to a special point, which is very far from me.

I chatted with a real person which is not always the case anymore. I got great instructions and could continue with the installation. Very happy customer!

I bought a bathroom mirror from Lomazoo over two months ago, and it arrived with a chipped corner. I contacted them immediately, sent all requested photos, and then they stopped responding, claiming my emails were “lost” and delaying their replies — clearly using stalling tactics so I’d give up. On top of that the product is very poor quality.

Avoid this store.

We ordered 2 mirrors to be delivered in Spain. There were some issues with the Spanish transport company. The Lomazoo team was very friendly and helpful and really did everything to help us. We received the mirrors today. Examplary customer service! A big thanks to the Lomazoo team!
