It was a quick and easy answer. I had contacted later Friday morning, had my answer by end of day.

The light on the Lomi would not go off. I read the manual but could not understand the procedure. I contacted the company and they responded in a very timely manner with the solution.

Had issues with our Lomi running cycle. Directions sent, questions answered, assistance every step of the way with resolving our issue. HIGHLY satisfied with the excellence of the representative.

Had an issue with my Lomi 2 where the unit stopped rotating. Support reviewed my video, guided me through troubleshooting, and ultimately approved a replacement. Communication was clear and the issue was resolved.

My lomi has been working so well until one point the bucket broke. However the custmer service was brilliant so they sort the problem easily.

This motivates me to want to buy more lomi products in the future and share with others about how great these products and customer service are. This product is amazing. For anyone concsious of throwing things away, this has made my garbage usage go down ENORMOUSLY. Also since you are throwing all organic material, your kitchen garbage doesn't tend to smell that bad so you can change your bag signifcantly less often.

It does make some sound and smell when running but it's a small price.

Customer service has always been amazing and considerate despite being out of the official warranty time period. They still assist and even provide parts free of charge. I would definitely stay a lomi customer

I have been reporting my experience with a fan that needed to be replaced. Lomi sent me a replacement fan and all I paid was shipping. Next I reported that the same issue was still happening which was the coolant light blinked after the unit stopped.
Lomi then replaced my whole unit for FREE under my warranty. Lomi really cares about the customer and not just the sale.... I recommend LOMI!!

Had a slight billing error and support team was quick to respond and resolve the issue.

The machine seems to be rugged and we hope the new one will work out well. We do like the product, especially since composting is so slow in New Hampshire winters or summers. The Lomi product is great.

I’ve had my Lomi for 3+ years and it has been very reliable. A bracket in my bucket recently broke and customer support was very responsive and helpful with getting my bucket replaced

Sent an email about a missing order and the next day a new order was on its way

All was great once I got the first email. Very happy.

I'm really disappointed with the entire Lomi experience. First of all, the unit emits a smell when in use, kind of like lemon bars but a bit off. It sounds pleasant but it's not. Next, if you have too many "wet" materials (like lemons/limes/grapefruit), you will get a stinky mush as your "compost" that is completely unusable and miserable to clean. On top of that, my machine periodically flashed red making it unusable. I was able to fix a few times but it finally became unfixable despite hours of trying. Of course, I was 3 months out of the one year warranty, so customer service gave me an option to buy an extended warranty with a yearly fee or to buy a new unit. No thank you. I'm done with this entire experience.
