Badly built, badly supported. Avoid

Build quality is shoddy, component quality seems equally so. The unit I was shipped had a chip and bulging panels. It also made a high pitched hum when it was plugged it so not useable. Company only offered a partial refund, no reason given and no response to request for information. This is against distance selling regs but they don’t seem to care. So this should give you a measure of what you are dealing with. Disappointing at every level.
Regarding the response. I did query the charge but you did not respond. Also you should read up on the distance selling regs for the return of faulty goods. I’m entitled to a full refund. Shall we go to CAB and have a go there?
