I ordered a dress from Londener and everything went perfectly. The item arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, and looked exactly like the photos on the website. The quality exceeded my expectations — soft fabric, great fit, and elegant details. I didn’t need to contact customer service because everything was smooth from start to finish.
