Item not as advertised. Item listed as leather arrived very poor quality and not leather. Returned item to China after emailing company. 6 months later item returned to me as "bounce message"

Been waiting 6 weeks for my delivery still not come, thought I might be getting scammed, then realised I definitely have been buy reading all the other 1 star reviews, don’t know how this is aloud to go on and something not be done about it! P,,.es me off!!

1 star is being TOO GENEROUS!!
Ordered 4 dresses thinking they were a London based company. When they finally arrived FROM CHINA they looked nothing like the photos, very poorly quality and they looked cheap. Paid £25 to return them back to China which was months ago only for them to be delivered back to my home this weekend - return to sender!!!!
I'm so annoyed, over £150 wasted on crap clothing and the postage!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - THERE IS NOTHING LONDON OR ELEGANT ABOUT THEM!!!!

I paid £80 for a sheepskin coat in December 2024 which I received one month later. I had to pay £28 to return it to China and heard nothing back. The coat was finally returned to me in June 2025 as they refused to accept it back. Altogether I paid £108 for a coat I do not want and it had a lovely six month trip around the world on my dime! I was not able to contact anyone through email or on the phone. I am very disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone. Surely this cannot be legal? What an abominable con. The coat is such poor quality that even my dog won't wear it.

Very clever fancy website but ultimately all fake made in china sent to U.K. then a U.K. postage applied fake good received after over a month and poor quality put it in hands of bank to get money back do not buy from these or anything like it you will be out of pocket

It’s all fake stuff, avoid unless you can get it for half the price they’re advertising stuff for….and your happy to wear fake stuff

Paid for shoes over 2 months ago but no shoes delivered and no money back. They are a scam. I had to give it 1 star to give a review otherwise would give no stars. Two months of emails to and fro and no satisfaction.

Extremely bad & poor quality jacket which didn't even have a label, nothing!! I was soooo shocked and disappointed. Bought a jacket as my son's Christmas present. Arrived only in January and was so appalling. No one answered my emails. And when I made a return they didn't accept, so it was a return to sender. I received the same package in May. Paid a lot of money for postage too. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!! Took my money and sent a jacket worth for NOTHING!! VERY VERY ANGRY.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star for this company. They are disgusting scammers. There items are poorly made and look nothing like advertised. You pay to return the item then they refuse to refund saying it’s not been returned even when you have proof it has. Customer service is shocking, the company should be called Chinese tat. There’s nothing elegant about them and they are defintely not London based. Poor excuses of human beings

My service with them is less than 1 star. My dress arrived and is so far from what it should be. It’s cheap, nasty and the colouring is completely different. Customer service is disgusting. They will not accept that side by side the actually garment and what is advertised is not the same. They advertise as a London based firm however are in china and now I have to pay to send the item back when it’s fundamentally not right!
Do not buy anything from them. Cheap, poor quality items with a high price tag. Awful customer service.

I still haven’t received my refund. I returned my package tracked, but London elegance want me to pay customs. The tracked delivery company that I used, have not asked for this. This has been asked via email from London Elegance

no one should buy anything from this company. They claim to be a UK based company and sell orthopaedic shoes. They are not. The shoes I received are too small (ordered 39) and certainly are not orthopaedic....they would do a good job of stopping you walking any where being miserably uncomfortable.

WARNING. I ordered Orthopedic Sandals from an organisation which represents itself as being based in London/UK. The sandals which arrived from CHINA were totally unsuitable for orthopedic use as there was no arch/heal support, they were made from hard leather and had a hard thin sole. This dishonest company then refused a refund unless the goods were returned to CHINA at my own expense. Had I realised the were Chinese rubbish I wouldn't have brought them in the first place! Now I'm having to raise disputes etc., through PayPal to try and get my money refunded. Stay away!

I Ordered a pair of boots from this company. It took absolute weeks to receive the order and when I received it they sent me the wrong size, despite acknowledgement of the size ordered in their confirming email.
When I contacted them via email to tell them the order I received was wrong, they instructed me to return the order at my expense. I followed their instructions and returned via Royal Mail. The next email I received from them was to inform me that the item was stuck in Customs and I had to contact Customs to get it released. At this point, I had paid £47.99 for the order and £25.30 for a tracked return. After a few emails to try and get a refund, all their replies referred me back to their refund policy and they refuse to address my grieviances with their service. As a result, I lost £73.29, in total with nothing in return.
Extremely poor service and the quality of their products are very poor.

Fraud… I ordered and paid for a dress… failed to arrive… phone number to contact them does not work, they do not reply to emails and offered false tracking information. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This coat I purchased is nothing like what I ordered.they are based in china.i read the reviews after I ordered.biggest mistake of my life.after all the bad reviews I have read this company wants shutting down.this so called coat they have sent has gone straight in the bin.please don’t buy from these it will be the biggest mistake of your life.
