I highly recommend his service. He was proactive and clear in communication prior to the move. He was there on time (even a bit early). He was methodical and careful loading and unloading items. Also had to manoeuvre through a challenging narrow street with his van and dealt with it with calm and confidence which I also really appreciated. Thank you !
Myvan was disgusting
The two guys they sent for not local. They were outside my local area and they turned up, not even having a screwdriver or one of those little Allen keys. They had nothing they left my hold or wide open for my dog to run out they didn’t seem to know what furniture they were dealing with. They called us an antique and it was just Oakland solid Oak good wardrobe. My friend of myself got us into this house we got two in actually and up the stairs. No problem. These two guys couldn’t even get it down the stairs and it does come apart top and bottom and the doors off instead they just scraped it to bits and Scraped my paintwork so please stay away from my van don’t have anything to do with them because they’re trying to get away with not refunding me now for the cost and I paid up font and good faith for two items to be removed and delivered. They only managed one and had they’re trying to wing out of paying for the other Stay away, they are not worth it and none of the claims of using professional removers and everything no way I have got two guys now that are coming in. They’ve assessed it no problem it will be removed this weekend and I intend to take photographs and send it to my van to prove That it can be done. It was done six years ago and I certainly didn’t change the structure of this house one bit and it will be removed this weekend as well so stay away from them. They’re not worth wasting your money on. Try really local rather than going through London base company promised to use locals when they don’t. They still go outside your local area .
I used the services from “London Removal Services” the are quite professional and best at there work.
I would for sure recommend them to my friends and family and if in future i need something like this i call them again.
