After spending nearly 3k on an air conditioning system for my residential loft renovation project, all I have is a concealed unit that has NEVER WORKED without leaking since install at the start of May 2024 -despite supposedly having a 5-year manufacturers warranty (never received) and a 1-year labour guarantee.
Both myself and my architect have lost count of the times we've attempted to contact the company via email, call and texts to all numbers provided with no response whatsoever since 13th May.
