Failed to deliver purchased items on…

Failed to deliver purchased items on numerous agreed occasions. Starting a section 75 to obtain a refund, as communication has been poor.

I haven’t received any request for additional info from TrustPilot, ticket raised with support. I have emailed the info to your company, subject: Section 75.

Excellent customer service

Ordered multiple appliances on a multibuy price. The customer service I have received from this company has been excellent - I would go as far as to say above and beyond. I would highly recommend and would use again if I had the need.

Haven't collected old appliance

They weren't able to disconnect the old cooker and told us they were going to come to collect it as soon as the engineers has connected the new one. They didn't. I've called them 2 times already, they even confirmed collection for Saturday. They didn't come so the old cooker is in the middle of the living room.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience this situation has caused.

Normally, old appliances are disconnected and removed at the point of delivery. However, on this occasion our team were unable to disconnect your old cooker as the gas connection was deemed unsafe, and for safety reasons they could not proceed at that time.

Regarding the delayed collection, although a provisional date of Saturday 24th was discussed, this unfortunately could not be scheduled as your property management company needed to authorise the additional charges before we were permitted to attend. I appreciate that this was not clearly communicated and apologise for the frustration this caused.

I can confirm that authorisation has now been fully cleared and the collection is scheduled for Tuesday 27th, at which point the old cooker will be removed.

Thank you for your patience, and again my apologies for the disruption. If you need any further assistance in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

My last cooker 'died' just before…

My last cooker 'died' just before Christmas and London Appliances really kindly delivered the new one just two days later, in time to cook the turkey! The men were so helpful and polite, super-clean and tidy and careful. I am SO HAPPY with this company and will definitely choose them next time!!! A***** on everything!

A company that does what it promises.

I had ordered a washing machine from a well-known name and had the delivery cancelled by them TWICE. I ordered from London Appliances at mid-day on Friday, by phone and told them that my flat was 4th floor with no lift. The machine arrived on Monday was carried up all the stairs and installed with no issues whatsoever. Thank you!

London appliances were beyond fantastic, I usually use my kitchen supplier / builders merchants to supply all of my appliances. This time I thought I would try and save some money and try these guys.

Being a developer I usually don't have the time to shop around to find the best pricez

i spoke to Jordan from the start and he was extremely helpful. Took all the hassle out of navigating model numbers and different specs.

He Went away and beat an already competitive price and saved me even more money.

These guys blow any other competition out of the water!

Worst customer service, worst experience

I am utterly disappointed with both the Bosch and London Appliances. After spending over £700 on what I thought would be a reliable appliance, it failed just two weeks after delivery. The fridge is buzzing, but it doesn’t cool at all, leaving us without fresh food, which is especially challenging with a 2 years child at home.
I’ve reached out to Bosch, and they informed me that it could take about two weeks to send an engineer, which is completely unacceptable for such a vital appliance. Meanwhile, London Appliances has been of no help, passing me back and forth between them and the manufacturer. It’s been a week now, and we’re still waiting for a resolution.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I initially wanted just a repair, but now I’m demanding a full refund. I cannot recommend Bosch or this retailer to anyone.
