I purchased a Vauxhall Zafira Tourer from this dealership in December 2025, and the entire experience has been a nightmare.
Before buying, I was assured that the "Service Vehicle" warning light on the dashboard was "normal because the car was recently serviced." That turned out to be completely false. An independent inspection by Halfords later revealed that multiple parts needed immediate replacement. When I tried to claim this through the Warrantywise policy provided by the dealership, I was told none of the issues were covered.
Within just two months, major mechanical problems began:
The gear system started sticking consistently.
By early June 2026, the car suffered a complete electrical and mechanical breakdown - the wipers were running uncontrollably, the gear selector jammed, and the key became permanently stuck in the ignition.
I had to call the AA, who recovered the vehicle directly to Vauxhall Crawley. I was forced to pay over £2,000 out of my own pocket to fix defects that clearly existed when the car was sold to me. On top of this, I was given an unfair trade-in price for my previous Toyota and given only one key for the Vauxhall.
I strongly feel I was mis-sold both the vehicle and the warranty. I no longer trust this car or this dealership.
To the dealership: I have all invoices and repair documentation from Vauxhall available upon request. Given that I have spent £2,000 putting this car into a safe and working condition.
Bought my daughter’s first car from here, a VW polo. Danny was very helpful from the first phone right to collection of the car. Great deal and great variety of cars. Would highly recommend.
I bought a car from them in October after 6 weeks it broke down and had to be towed to a garage and the car was in the garage till Christmas.I informed London Broadway at the beginning of December and they told me the car was checked before it was sold and everything was fine not covered by warranty all my calls when I use my phone not answered and when I phone on a different phone they answer the repair bill was over £1400 sent them the bill and I heard they were going to get in touch with the warranty people car not covered was going to do a good will gesture that was 5 weeks ago won't answer my calls and messages I've left that's why I left a low score and I won't recommend them to anyone
London BroadWay cars has been amazing. Provided me a beautiful condition Ford Focus MK2. Car came exactly as shown in pics, have driven 4k miles since ownership (20/12/25) - car has been driving very well. I am happy enough to recommend this business when buying a Used Vehicle.
Bought car in May - great service, delivered to my door. Discovered a serious issue, car not fit for purpose.
Happy to say dealer when contacted acted quickly and got repairs sorted within a couple of days. Very impressed with this response and general customer care.
