There was a packaging issue with my order, so I didnt receive it and now I haven't even been refunded my money for something I bought — they emailed me about the refund but its still not reached my account! I had a mixed experience with Londondrug. On the positive side, their service was prompt, and delivery was quick. However, I had an issue with receiving the wrong items in my order, and one product arrived damaged, which was frustrating. While the prices aren't always the cheapest, the free delivery and fast dispatch are definite bonuses. It's an okay option, but there’s room for improvement.
