Superhero’s in disguise !
I had a leak in my ceiling at 4 am and I didn’t know what to do. I went on google and these guys were the first suggested company I could see and they came out within 20 minutes. Garry was quick and efficient, and stopped the leak straight away. He was very informative and ensured I understood the process. He repaired the leak within another 30 minutes and he made the whole process stress-free. I couldn’t recommend these guys more, and will happily use them again in the future.

These people are thieves and they will ghost you after paying!
Its freezing January and I had a gas leak and my gas was shut off, they sent out an engineer within 3 hours not the 40 mins as promised.
He came, checked the pipes, FIXED NOTHING and I was charged almost £400! I complained and emailed them twice, but nobody got back to me. I called and was asked to email them which I did again and nobody got back to me. It has been almost 2 weeks and there has not been a single communication from them.
I asked for the gas safe number so I could use it for my insurance and NOBODY got back to me.
EDIT: A customer services manager contacted me, she looked into it and gave me the gas reference number. However, no refund was issued so please beware of the very expensive service even though NOTHING was fixed

Amazing response for an emergency
Came home from work and my toilet and bath were overflowing and floors were getting flooded. Dynorod couldn’t come out until the morning, so I tried London Emergency Plumbing as first on Google - they came within an hour, rang when in their way and were here within about 45 minutes and couldn’t thank them enough.
Ultra professional and nice guys too and with their machinery had the drains unblocked and also took out all the water on the floor. Would thoroughly recommend as so quick in an emergency and will be using again with any future problems.

They came promptly on an emergency call. Quickly checked what they could do, did what was possible and admitted outright what was not doable. Very respectful of our little one's need to sleep. Good price for an emergency night call.
