I have placed my order on 10 May 2025 and received an order confirmation. After May 10th I did not receive new updates. 24 May I received an apology from Londonfacets and a promise the product will be shipped immediately. June 6th I received the product and I also received a nice attention from London Facets. The product looks very nice. Thank you.

I was looking for the perfect engagement ring and I eventually purchased it from london facets. The ring itself is so sparkly and well crafted but the service i received went above and beyond. They even helped email more pictures of the ring on the ring finger which I appreciated. Im yet to ask the question but im overall incredibly pleased with the journey.
