Shining example of how to do WhatsApp customer service
Contacted a few different local fencing companies to try and source a couple of concrete gravel boards. LFS had the WhatsApp contact support option, and, unlike many companies, they are clearly proactively monitoring it as they replied quickly, were just generally super helpful and friendly and even let me know how I could get the boards delivered as cheap as possible. A great example of how to win a customer basically. Boards were fine, delivery actually came a day early, prices fine. Very happy and they will get repeat business as and when required.

I recently used this company for an order and I was thrilled with the customer service, it was fabulous.
I used the company for a second time this week and needed an urgent delivery on a wet a bank holiday Friday in London so no mean feat!
I needed it by certain time in the early afternoon and they delivered !
Time was really of the essence on this particular occasion and I was not let down.
I am very grateful to this company as they did what they promised 👏🏻👏🏻
I highly recommend them for both the quality of their product and their customer service which is second to none.

This company had exactly what I needed
This company had exactly what I needed, promised and deliverd a fast delivery but the customer care from the gentleman on the website contact number was beyond exceptional!
I apologise that I can’t remember his name.
Not only was this man super helpful he clearly loves his job and has a huge wealth of experience which is paramount when ordering items in line - he went above and beyond.
For that reason I will use this firm for my project and highly recommend them.
The products were great quality & just as they look online and have made a huge difference to my garden.
This is a great company with amazing customer care!

I placed my order online and was quickly contacted to arrange a delivery time that suited me. I was kept updated on when my order would arrive and it arrived on time and fence panels were great quality. The delivery driver was super friendly and extremely helpful.
