I was asked to bring a building up to scratch after a fire risk assessment by Fire Risk Associates Ltd. I was able to speak to the assessor who wrote the report and get really practical advice on how to approach the job which involved upgrading doors, installing emergency lighting and alarms. My electrician was also able to check the exact lighting spec with the assessor. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Orrin attended the next day after contacting him. With many Fire Risk Assessors in London, many of whom have little or no qualifications, I was glad to have found Orrin. He provided details of all his qualifications when asked and without any fuss. You can never be too sure even if people are courteous like Orrin was from the start.
