Excellent organisation, training and value with a great trainer - a very pleasant surprise as I picked the course because it was the cheapest I could find!
I have to do a First Aid Certificate every 3 years for my work and have been doing them of varying lengths for over twenty years. I did not expect to learn anything new as I've done these courses so many times, but Tom is an excellent trainer and taught me new vital skills.
I totally recommend this course - and have advised others to book it to learn important skills. Tom makes the information very accessible and keeps the group working well together with everyone engaged.
I picked this course based on price and it was also very conveniently located.
The organisation - before and after was great, Bebie was very responsive, providing all the information needed and quickly responding to any queries.

Tom's a great instructor. I feel confident in delivering CPR if needed. That's huge seeing as I'm a techie with zero background in healthcare.

I recently finished my paediatric first aid course. My course tutor was called I think Mr. Mccarthy

I had done a general first aid course 4 years ago with another company. I found that one to be quite boring and I got lost numerous times because they never explained things when people were not sure.

On this course, however, I was very surprised that I enjoyed it. It was the opposite experience.

The tutor went through everything we needed to know in detail often using us to do practicals after going through all the videos, Information, slides, and booklet.

It made the theory exam easier because you covered all needed beforehand. The class was quite small. I guess this can help in terms of being able to accommodate each person, meaning fewer fails. He was able to explain anything we were unsure of and always demonstrated where needed. He also left room for questions after each section. The venue itself was okay and clean too but I could hear the outdoor traffic a lot, to be honest. Apart from that, I would recommend this course to others due to this experience.

Affordable and Professional, brilliant Course.

I attended the first aid course on the 7th of December 2016. The course was very enjoyable and very engaging. This was because the tutor was fantastic, couldn't have asked for anyone else! I'm sure to be back once my first aid certificate expires!

Will be recommending this to other management here who may wish to take the course.

Tom was knowledgable and kept good pace of the training.

Annual refreshers can be dull and monotonous - this course showed me that it may well have been previous courses that were the problem! I found this stimulating with a variety of video clips I hadn't seen before. Again, that made a change from the ones I have seen every year for the past numerous years. I would highly recommend this and will make this my annual company of choice from now on.

Great course. Best BLS course I have done yet. Friendly and warm, non judgemental teacher.

Course was organized very well , I really enjoyed it . Instructor was brilliant .Overall fantastic one day experience . Presentation was so detailed and enjoyable I would recommend to everyone .

Covers all the important aspects of BLS in a well structured fashion delivered by competent instructor. Plenty of time for practice.

Straightforward, efficient, and enjoyable. :) Mr. McCarthy is great.

The teacher was very good at his job and he made it easy for us to understand what we needed to do!

The booking process was facilitated beyond the call of duty by Bebie. I appreciated the detailed information on how to get to the venue. Tom conducted the course extremely well....keeping our attention throughout, getting us to do practical exercises, reviewing what we had learned as we went along and, ofcourse, injecting humour into his presentation appropriately.

I got what I came for...confidence to deal with an emergency situation and I shall look no further when I need to redo this next year.,

Great course with a very engaging Tutor. Taught the course to a range of peoples from different backgrounds i.e. English not being first language and managed to make us all understand by giving definitions to words not commonly used in day to day situations.

Only two of us but went ahead so nice small group! Instructor clear and friendly. Equipment, facilities and location all great
